Store employee held the door open for me immediately upon arrival as I struggled with my two piece vacuum. He knew the vacuum right away and asked me what was going on with it. He was very personable and assisted me right away after entering the store by plugging it in. Turns out it was a simple button push to reset the belt. If I needed future vacuum repairs I would certainly come here. He seemed very knowledgeable and his customer service was an A+.

Customer service was top notch and they had exactly what I needed for my old worn vacuum cleaner.

Took my older Hoover WindTunnel in because the roller brush was not spinning, despite checking it out at home. The belt I had put on was the wrong size. Owner had the machine up and running in about 5 minutes for $25, which included the new belt and two replacement HEPA filters! Friendly service at reasonable prices!

Couldn't fix my vac but they were honest and up front about it. Would recommend.

Roller brush broke, replace & new in stokc inserted all in less than 15 minutes. Always best place to get vacumn repaired.

My roller stopped spinning, they fixed it for under $30 including the inspection fee. Much cheaper than buying a new vacuum.
