Very nice lady (clerk #9 🤷🏼‍♂) took the time to help me with getting appropriate packaging for my items.

I’m a small business owner and use this location several times a week for dropping off my packages. The staff is always fast and friendly. I appreciate having a place where they know me. Offers an added peace of mind.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They had me in and out within a few minutes and even helped me get the cheapest deal available on shipping. Thanks so much!

Get money orders polite people

It is next to impossible to actually talk to somebody when you try and call them. You talk to a machine the entire time with absolutely no option to talk to a human being. They don’t open until I am already at work and they close before I get out of work so my only option is to call them.

This lady was extremely rude to me. Refused to help me, as it was my first time shipping so I didn’t know what to do. I let her know I was new to this and reminded her multiple times I didn’t know what I was doing. Made me feel awful and I left without getting any information on what I should do. Wouldn’t allow me to get a quote without a exact address when I just needed it to go to a Plainfield post office. As the lady before me didn’t have an available zip code, and I watched this lady help her find a zip code. Well that’s all I needed. And as I left I even had tears in my eyes and some of the other customers say sorry and good luck. I understand customer service is difficult I work in food service and know it’s a lot. Just very sad to have experienced the rudeness.

We were expecting a package from fedex and got an email that it was handed over to the post office. My husband went there and the lady refused to give it to him and was very rude. He could see the package sitting there and she said that it will be delivered tomorrow. We were leaving for vacation so we had to make arrangements for someone to stop and pick it up from our house. When I tried to call the phone just rang and no one answered.

Normally I would not leave a bad review especially for our post office here in Fruitport, MI..Recently we have been going through a couple of management changes and today just took the cake.I was expecting a very important package that had to be signed for and saw the mail lady just pull up to the box put the mail in and leave a pink slip with some mail saying sorry we missed you. So I immediately called the new post master to let him know what happened.He said she would be back to deliver by 2 pm. well nope so I signed the slip sent my Gentleman friend down to pick up the parcel around 3.30pm. The new replacement lady then started to yell at my friend about me signing the slip and now he had to sign it to..she then insinuated that he was lying about when she had tried to deliver the parcel..telling him that it was on Saturday not today..but the fact remains it had today's date and I have tracking on the item to be delivered which wasn't even in the state til Saturday Evening. I am so angry and disappointed at the disrespectful attitude this new staff has. I'm afraid this post office is going down hill all the way..To bad it use to be #1 All the way!

Hope someone sees this. Just want to let yall know everyone of you in that building should be fired. Yall are terrible at your job. Which is hilarious considering how low effort it is to do. Terrible people skills lazy employees.

Rude!! Our mailbox was hit by a car on October 28, I stopped on Tuesday to let them know and pick up any mail, a very rude lady would not put a hold on our mail because she did not want me coming in every day to pick it up, said the mailman would take it out every day until a new box was up. Now we are missing two days of mail and no one seams to know were it is.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Rude and lazy! They refused to give us our package that was dropped off there by UPS. They said it wont be available until the next day. Wow what's the point in paying the extra money to have it next day shipping if the post office doesn't do their job.
