I have been a customer since the owners first location .
I must admit the customer service is awesome I am a salon owner in the area & the owner is always accommodating me when I need to purchase in bulk . When I walk in the ladies greet me with warm smiles & the owner is great at doing business he offers professional discounts & im grateful for the staff . Once I was in a hurry and left my wallet with all my information & cards the owner & staff went above & beyond to call me numerous amounts of times to get ahold of me they held it safe for me to pick up . Thank you the store is well organized, clean & has all products & a variety of hair + brands !

I had some free time and stopped by and was not disappointed

The girl in the back, greeted me and offered assistance, I said I was just browsing for now and she left me alone. So many beauty stores, associates hover and can be so rude! But this girl let me have my space and when I was interested in a product, was quick to help- I ended up leaving with three wigs!

I went home and just slapped them on my head to see what I was working with, I was speechless
The scalp is so natural and so is the hairline after you cut the lace
The hair also feels so real

I’ll be telling everyone to come here and I’ll be coming in a lot myself!

I really dont shop here because its further out for me, but I will make it my business to bring my business here after alot of bad experiences on the one on dolson ave. I will be talking to their owner as soon as I find out when he will be in the store

I always loved their store on dolson. Owners are amazing. Huge store with just about every product you could look for/need. I feel like I'm back in New York City with the products I know and prefer. Can't find the stuff here in a Sally's or Walmart.

The beauty supply side of this shop is bright airy and fully stocked with every kind of product.

The beauty salon part is awesome! It is ran by talented Black women and they DON'T over book!!!

Love this place for all my beauty needs...! So thankful they opened on 211 side of town.... not that I didn't travel to Dolson when that was their only location, worth it everytime.

I went to this place twice and I really appreciated the help that was given.. the young lady there was so honest about the styles that suit me and doesnt thank you!. Best hair place I ever been to!! Great workers!!

the only place i can go not be bothered and followed around great selection best hair store i have been to in the area i have even went to a black owned store and was followed around the man is amazing and treats me my wife and kid amazing never will go anywhere else

Great selection of hair products, essential oils and beauty supplies. Better even, is not feeling like I'm being followed and getting helped when I ask.
