The perfect roasted turkey with 3 sides, cornbread stuffing, extra cheesy au gratin potatoes and mac and cheese. All we need is some dinner rolls a pumpkin pie and a salad. I tasted the turkey and it tastes so good.

Ms. King is the best. I purposely go out of my way to go to this location.

I was greeted by a wonderful man and the cashier might have been his son. A very warm greeting. Yesterday I had stopped by to buy a ham a woman who was not friendly or nice waited on me. No hospitality at All. So glad she didn't wait on me today. I will be going back for Christmas but will not allow her to help me. Awesome day!

Every year my family goes here, the service is usually always great. This time there was a few customers that had attitude problems with staff that in my opinion was uncalled for. Highly recommend their online order ahead feature.

As always the service was excellent. Special thanks to the individual checking out orders that had been prepaid the morning of 12/22/23!! The individual went above and beyond to locate a ham for me!!

Never a let down. Good turkey and pies. I personally don't eat hamm so I can't commit on it. But everything else is on point.

I just left the store. Customer service at its best!! I'm recovering from recent hip surgery and in between using a cane or a walker. I decided to use the cane. A worker probably the cashier came and opened the door for me. Went in the back to get a Ham bone for me. Another worker asked what kind of soup I was making. We chatted about soups and they shared with me the kind of soup mixes they carried. After ringing me up he carried the bag and opened the door again, checking if I needed help to the car.

Granted I was the only customer in the store at the time so it was easier for them to go out of their way to help me but I really appreciated it!!

Customer service used to be the norm, not so much any more so when it does happen I want to recognize it! Thanks again!

The day before thanksgiving I arrived for my reserved online order.

There were two lines, ppl were cutting, and things were getting out of pocket.

A staff member set things straight and fair which caused a flux for some and he handled it very well! He made an executive decision as a leader and it worked.

Clean, great service and good food. The manager was friendly, informative & exercised patience as my co-workers and I indesively tried to order lunch. He explained the variety of mustards and why they only sell Duke's. He even helped me decide on whether or not buy a Rum Cake for my mother. I'll definitely go back here for lunch again. This place gets 2 thumbs up.

Everyone needs to understand that especially around the holidays pre-orders are required. Just because you didn't have your stuff together to plan doesn't give you the right to treat employees unkind. If your order takes an extra couple of mins...don't be a jerk. Our smoked turkey was delicious and worth being patient and kind for ;)

We buy our holiday hams here and they're always great! They have really good lunch sandwiches too!

Never had to wait in the cold. The best place to get everything you need for the holidays. Hams turkeys all meats are always fresh. Sandwiches and soups made fresh everyday. Pleasant and friendly staff. It's your choice to shop 5 mile. Don't try to give Canton's Honey Bake a bad name. Let the community decide. Never had a bad experience. Maybe it was your attitude.

5 stars seems to fall short a bit for how Asim and his crew took care of us recently. We've loved honey baked ham for ages but happened across their boxed lunches and were not disappointed. The food was great and our guests loved them but the customer service outshined the food. Thank you for making this process so easy and for prioritizing your customers! Asim even gave us his cell number in case we had any questions or concerns before the delivery date. Excellent food. Excellent service.

A big shout out to Ali (sp)? At the Canton HBH.I placed an on line order after hours on 3/17/21. The next morning, no e mail confirmation or payment pulled from my bank. The order was for a brunch after a funeral on 3/18. I called the store, holding back tears, to see if my on line order had processed. It had not processed. I was beside myself trying to figure out where to get food by 4pm. Ali said he would pack my order personally and be sure it was ready to be picked up when we were ready. I WAS SO GRATEFUL for his help and prompt service. He made my day a lot easier. 5 stars for the Canton store staff.

Great customer service from Jenae Willis, who sparkles from inside out. She creates a very welcoming environment in this store and her positive energy just put a smile on my face after a long work day. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly, kind, and sweet as can be. I ordered two ham classics and they were wonderfully prepared. Mask and food gloves were on as well. Very clean!!

Amazing, best sandwich I ever eaten. Tavern Club is excellent and their Potato salad is excellent. The service is amazing, the employees are happy which is a great sign!

Best honey flavored ham. We have bought whole and half hams for family occassions.
Ham sandwiches and comno meals they sell are great for quick snacks or lunch meals too.
I love buying ham bones only to make soups...plenty of ham and grest flavor in my soup dishes!

Very nice place. The staff were very courteous and quick. There was a line but went very fast. Very satisfied with the service and love me some Honey Baked Ham!
