Order was wrong the first time; however, I can’t express how above and beyond an employee by the name of Anne went to correct the mistake. Thank you tons. It’s truly appreciated in this field of service.

I always get the donuts and as long as I’m there before 9:00 or 9:30 I can get any kind I want. The staff even when busy is quick and nice. The donuts are always fresh and I’ve never had a bad batch!

Very busy location but fast service. Out of all the Tom Horton's I have been to (referring to US locations) I'd have to say this is the best one. They make a perfect Irish cream cold brew

Súper friendly members and always good donuts. I know they are short staffed but they all work super hard and food is normally good. Drinks are perfect every time I get something.

The lobby was open! I feel like it's hit or miss at other Tim hortons. The donuts were fresh and the barista(?) was super friendly.

I never have time to stop in the morning before work, but today I did! The gentleman that took my order was so polite and helpful. I had ordered a Carmel macchiato, to which he told me the espresso machine was down, but he suggested a coffee double double with caramel. I accepted his suggestion and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! The woman that helped cash me out was very nice as well! Thanks for a great 630am experience!

The inside seems to still be closed so there is that. The mornings are so efficient the line moves great and the staff have been very informative with what they have in stock and what they do not. Baked goods are always very fresh and tasty. Always get my orders correct and the staff is very friendly at 6am.

I just want to leave a review for the owner of this location. Your people are a great example to the surrounding area of how a food service establishment should be staffed. They are friendly, accurate, swift and clean. I have always had wonderful service here and I can see the difference compared to other options I have in the Mi Ave/Ecorse selection. Our family unforunately has had had horrible service and food experiences and these guys by far are an immense pleasure to be served by. You have awesome employees!

This Tim Hortons is in an easy access area, food is always great, and service is the best. The employees are friendly and very efficient!

I've only ever used the drive thru, but it is always very quick. I normally hit it about 6:30 am which is crazy and it only takes just a few minutes to get through the line. They are super friendly too.

I was just there 15 mins ago i order a large 6 and 6 warmed up 15 secs. They said they couldnt warm but would make it steaming and all i have to say is it has been the best cup of coffee ive had from tim hortons in the past! Keep up the great work!

Great service most times, but I just went through the drive thru and the girl got my simple coffee order wrong, and it was very obvious she was not enjoying her day. Please remind your staff about the importance of good customer service and a smile!

I stopped at Tim Hortons for their blueberry waffle sandwich. D e l I c I o u s. I kept hearing it advertised and I love blueberry so it was a must try. It was very filling. Will be going back. It was so hot and fresh and nothing was needed like jelly or syrup.

Consistently the best Tim's in the area for sure. Breakfast sandwiches and are always hot and well-made, coffee is on point and the drive-thru moves quick even when there's a line

Perhaps the most efficient staff of any drive through! Even when they're getting slammed on a Sunday afternoon, they somehow keep the line moving quickly without making a mistake! Keep up the good work!

Always clean, pleasant staff, coffee is rotated as it should be to ensure freshness. Food is good and culling of vegetables is on point (no brown lettuce or old tomato's). This is a good example of a solid Tim Horton's. This is based on at least 6 visits to this restaurant. I would urge folks to disregard the silly 1-star reviews from people complaining about coffee in the evening... If the coffee is not to your liking, TELL THEM, they will happily brew you a fresh pot. To give this restaurant 1-star is silly. Go to the Tim Horton's at 34441 Michigan Ave in Wayne, there you will find an example of a 1-star restaurant.
