Great service and great people here. All places have rules and regulations not just the post office. Not sure why it’s such a problem for people here. 🤷🏽‍♂ have seen the clerks here endure harassment by people on numerous occasions for things beyond their control.

The employees that work there are great. But there is only 2. At lunch it is 1. It. Is a very very Post office. I send small packages and it would be convenient to have the automated machine. Other counties have it why NOT Hanover.

The friendliest staff of any post office I've ever gone too. I think they do an amazing job with their customer service considering how stupid and annoying customers can be. (I've seen people try to drop off fedex and UPS packages at the USPS ) I drop off packages there almost daily for work and am always treated nicely. Unlike other USPS locations, they're also quick to scan in packages unlike other locations that can take days to scan in or even lose them.

Very good staff. Explained reasons for why i cannot ship my package first class which was overwhelming knowing other USPS staff arrogance.

Actually went on tax day at about 4:30pm (just prior to closing). Yes there was a long line, but all 3 lanes were open and people were being served fast and efficiently. My clerk was great! Friendly, polite, and gave me the options to mail my tax returns and track them with no muss or fuss! Unusually good and refreshing experience!

The reviews for this office are surprising. I've always had a good experience. The employees are always polite and helpful. I guess people are more inclined to complain than give a good review. They have a tough job and are doing well.

I go there often and everyone is very nice. Honestly I never have had to wait long even with a hefty line. One gentleman even took a few minutes, during a busy time, to help me, offered some great suggestions for my new business. Thank you!

Had a very nice customer service person!! Very quick trip in to get proper postage on a few envelopes.

Friendly people behind the counter. She answered all of my questions and was very efficient, while still being polite. She even counted back my change!

I love the staff! They are always so friendly! They literally get you in and out as fast as they can! I’ve never had a bad experience☺

I like them. They do very well considering the extremely high volume of locals that swarm them every 5 mins.

Usually super long wait. Half the mail I picked up yesterday wasn't even mine, they put it in the wrong box. I give 3 stars ONLY for the lady who let me in to buy stamps before she locked the doors to go to the bathroom because she was working ALONE and let me out the back way, so I didn't have to deal with the people waiting for her to come back. I hope she sees this; YOU are amazing, and you were super nice to me. As for the other employees. I get you all are busy, but you could at least act like you cared about your job!
And i saw other people say they never open on time, well yesterday they were closed by 3:30 for whatever reason when online hours say 5. If hours have changed due to staff shortage or whatever AT LEAST post it on the door
