I can proudly say that the customer service I received here just this year alone was much improved!!! Some of the workers were very kind and professional. Thank you for doing a great job.

I don’t normally come to this post office since I do a lot of stuff online. However, I came in today to ask a question because a few weeks ago, I bought an item off of ebay and the person sent it to me via USPS. I never received my package and first asked the seller what the status of my order was. They went to their local post office and found out that the package had “not confirmed delivery”. The seller told me to check with my local post office to see if it was received.

I stopped in today to ask someone if this was the location that receives and then delivers my mail. That’s all I was trying to ask. The maintenance guy I spoke to first was very professional. He was the first one to inform me that they were closed today for President’s Day and from there, I understood that I could not retrieve any possible mail I could have. Then, there was a another gentleman in a white t-shirt who was very rude to me. He apparently was assuming that I came in to pick up mail and was quick to interrupt me and repeat himself without letting me finish what I was going to say. I wasn’t sure if they had it in the first place. I might just contact the seller and ask if they can deliver via different means because I really dislike this location. I’ve been to other post offices that had much better service than this garbage. I really just don’t want to ever come back.

I already knew that this location had terrible customer service and a few times I’ve come there within the last few years I lived in the area, I’ve seen customers getting horrible service.

Andrea is amazing- she was so patient and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure I was able to find a box for me- she is awesome!

I purposely drive to this post office because my packages actually arrive on time. Rude old man at North Ave post office made my decision easy to continue to use the Chamberlayne location. I see the same female employee working there for a long time.
Just know you all are appreciated

After the reviews I was very nervous about coming to this post office but I had no choice with a time limit. I had a delightful experience, Danielle really helped me get my package out in time and finding a box for me. I would go again

Always helpful and efficient, mail delivery in this neighborhood is fantastic. People at this post office are super and know their stuff.

The employees in this branch are AMAZING. They always greet you with smiles and are very positive in their interaction. I highly reccomend using this branch for all your shipping needs. 10/10

FIVE STARS! Should get ten! Great little post office with fabulous, extremely helpful staff and great, friendly feeling. I've switched to this location and won't go anywhere else.

These good people work hard up front and in the back. Just because we are in a rush at the fast pace. We need to say Thank You. Think about it. Jack.

Fast hardly ever a line. Post master is a bit on the grumpy side; part of his charm.
