I just needed to mail a card. There was a long line with packages to mail. I dropped card in stamped mail box and left.

I had a great experience at this post office. It was not busy when I was there and the gentleman working the counter was polite, friendly, and suggested an alternate shipping box that saved me money. I live in California so I was pleased to receive such kind and personal attention.

The first time I went was early December but they weren't extremely busy. The clerk went out of his way to help me send a small envelope of an old picture with glass on it that couldn't easily be removed without the possibility of destroying the picture. He was very personable and got the problem taken care of quickly.

I have usually had very good service from both the counter people and delivery people at this branch over the past 8 years. They take the time to be helpful which may irritate others who are in hurry.

Just moved to the area. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to go to another PO. Staff is very rude and condescending to customers, especially white customers. There was a noticeable difference in the way they treated black and white customers. All customers should always be treated courteously.

I use Informed Delivery and so doesn't one of my neighbors. We both had notifications for the mail on the particular day. Neither of use received a piece of mail. We both reported it and no response. I got all the other mail on July 24th. Why did my insurance mail turn up missing? These pieces of mail are scanned in order to do the Informed Delivery mail notification. How does one piece disappear and all the other 6 pieces made it to the mailbox? USPS' response to my inquiry is we can't keep track of first class mail and can't trace it. Sounds corrupt to me!!

I waited 20 minutes to talk to a delivery supervisor about missing mail. Then she tells me there is nothing they can do about my missing mail since it hasn't come for a week and there is no one else I can talk to (which there definitely is). I get home and see the postal driver, talk to her and my normal mail lady is on vacation which is okay. What I don't appreciate is the miscommunication given to me and I don't know who is at fault. The mail person said there was no mail until today and the delivery supervisor said they have had mail every day. The whole world is corrupt and rude, I get that. But when you have important documents you need and you are told there's nothing they can do, that's pretty bad. Next time I'll be talking to higher up especially if it continues.
