Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

This is now my go-to place for all my pool needs. They helped me out a lot. My pool was a black green with a lot of tadpoles and frogs in it. Pond like. See pictures. They had me bring in my salt cell and test it. I found out it wasn't working at all. Lisa looked it up and was able to see if they could warranty the salt cell. A few days later, she called me, and it was approved. I was so happy they all helped me get my pool back to a perfect blue pool. Start to finish it and take me about a week to fix and clean it myself with lots of their help. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool help or supplies. Thank you

I absolutely depend on the team at the Deltona Pinch-a-Penny, and they have helped me tremendously. I have never owned a pool before, and when we bought the house, we were paying a pool service company to maintain our small pool. I decided to take over the maintenance myself, and this team went out of their way to help this novice pool owner. I have been maintaining my pool for the past 2 years without an trouble because of their help and advice.

This pool store is the best. They're very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them my pool was beautiful all summer long and I didn't have to pay for a pool service.

Sorry to be leaving our friends at pinch a penny. We have been going there for 26 yrs. Lisa and her staff over the years have been amazing friendly knowledgeable helpful. Feel like part of the team. Lisa actually was having her child years ago and no her beautiful daughter works at the store and is as friendly as can be. If I have or had questions, I'd just call and say it's Danny and Keith and everyone seems to remember who we are and helps with are questions.

Great service from the owners and staff. We have an old and difficult pool to service and they have always and continue to be there for all our needs. Can't say enough good things about their work.

This is a great pool service store, honest staff, great customer service and always a helpful attitude. I enjoy walking into a store where you feel like they are looking at you as a part of their family and it’s their pool as much as yours. They provide accurate water testing and suggest only the chemicals that you need without trying to up sell you like the other pool stores do so often. They provide guidance from proven experience and not just looking up treatment codes off of a water printout sheet like the “L” store does. Lisa is the most personable and helpful person I have met. Mike is great too. Thank you Pinch -a-Penny Deltona for great service at a fair price. I have learned that the few bad reviews posted amongst all good ones usually have more to the story. It’s also nice to see that the owner takes interest in the reviews too. You have my business!!

I am in this store 1 to 5 times a week and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer water testing and give a detailed water analysis with instructions for pool care printed out for your pool. I can not say enough good things about this location. I highly recommend them to all of my clients.

This pinch a penny is top notch!! Long before we became a customer of this store I would call to ask questions about my pump and care taker system not working properly. Lisa and Amy both would answer all my questions and help me trouble shoot over the phone while never asking me for a penny or telling me to come in and by this or buy that. Needless to say we are now permanent customers of Lisa and Mike's Pinch a Penny. Tino from this store cares for our pool which looks amazing!! I can't say enough about this store except for if you are looking exceptional service and exceptional customer service go see them🙂

Staff is very friendly and always helpful when testing our pool water, even when it’s perfect, they don’t try to sell you something every time. “It’s perfect, keep doing whatever you are doing, and make sure you have some alk booster and chlorine on hand for after this weeks rain.” That’s the kind of low pressure helpful info I like to get!

Every time I go in there Lisa and Mike are OUTSTANDING! I left one location and came to #76. Best choice I have made in regards to my pool. All the staff are great! Trust me I am not always the easiest person to deal with. I give them 10 stars if I could!

Great store. I've used them for water testing, supplies, pool heater, pool pumps. I finally stepped up and purchased a variable speed pool pump a week and a half ago. Michael did the installation and I couldn't be happier. Michael also installed the heatpump for the pool last year. Again, top notch.

Just had the pool installed been running for about three weeks took some water and have it checked didn’t have enough water but they did what they could tell me another pH was a little high give me a sample bottle to come back with so they can do a complete test very very helpful thanks guys

I go here for all my pool stuff and issues. They'll look at your water for free and recommend what it needs. Never felt like Ive got up sold and every time their recommendations solved the issues with my pool and got it back to normal.

Love shopping at this location. The staff is very helpful with any problems I come in with. The repair technicians are also very good at what they do, well worth the money for their knowledge and expertise when it comes to pool equipment.
