I stopped in at the Orange City Leslie's to look for a couple items for my friend. Cole was working and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Cole is customer focused and helped me locate a couple parts. One part was not in stock and Cole offered to call the location in Jacksonville with the part. He also printed the details on the part so I could order online. I really enjoyed the amazing customer service and look forward to my next visit to Leslie's. Well done!

We had our heater looked at today. Very pleased with the first visit and thankful for no trip fee on this first part.

I went to Leslie pools today to learn about treating my own pool and Yanet was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable .

Thus far they had exactly what I needed. Including a shaft seal for the pump. Price was about right for the part and I did not have to wait four days for Am**on….

I am not sure if Alan works out of Orange City or Port Orange, but he is the best technician. So thorough and conscientious about his work. I was so impressed with his customer service ---excellent! Way to go, Leslie's!

After the Leslie's at Deltona store closed down. I needed to find a new pool store to get my water tested for free. I located Orange City store, since then I have interacted with several Leslie's customer service reps and managers and it all has been great for the past year. I take my water out to test every week I spent something every time I'm there. Representative Alycia has helped me several times including upgrading my pool to salt water 💧 and with that purchase I was also able to get a discount 🙃 on a new pool vacuum cleaner practically for 50 bucks. Everyone i encounter gas been very helpful.

My husband and I just purchased a house with a pool but we know nothing about pool maintenance, we stopped by Leslie’s Pool and we met Jeanette, wow!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She took her time and explained everything we need to know. We went back with a water sample and she tested it and gave us instructions on how to proceed with the chemicals that we purchased. We will ALWAYS go to Leslie’s Pools for our pools supplies. Thank you Jeanette!!!!!

store and all the employees are just great. Friendly, knowledablge and always willing to just sit and chat about what your buying, why your buying and best ways to keep things running smooth. A+ To management and all the staff.

I agree with Mr. Horn, the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. I used to purchase my chlorine at a local wall market type store, but the products I get from Leslie's are worth it. Having them check my water for free, and giving me helpful suggestion really assisted me in learning about pool chemistry.

The store personal are doing a great job for getting so little help from their Corp office. I don't see how they do it, with so poor a support system in place.

I prefer Leslie's Pool Supplies over Pinch-A-Loaf pool supplies. Friendlier staff. Superior Chemicals. Better Prices.

Picked up a Polaris 965 robotic pool cleaner. Sales was low pressure and very informative.

Great service...had my water anylized.....just need less chlorine....glad I took the water sample up there.

Please disregard the 3 year old review. The previous manager left Leslie's in January, 2014. There is a new manager and assistant manager who do not behave as implied by previous reviewer.

This store is the best place to buy all kinds of pool supplies.
