Since moving into our house 3 years ago, this was our first experience getting a septic tank pumped. Hallmann Sanitary Service provided great service! They checked out the tank to make sure everything was looking right and were very informative and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced as well. We will definitely work with Hallman again! I highly recommend their services! Thank you!

Amazing customer service start to finish! The thorough inspection and work done today was nothing short of spectacular. Knowledge and patience with our house is something a lot of businesses could learn from (cough cough, ability septic). We actually gained useful information just from listening to Trevor & Mark.

I went to The Growing Place in Naperville to buy some soil, I had just come from an appointment with my osteopath and my knee was sore, I was limping. The Growing Place was not fully open, no employees around. A young guy from Hallman was there pumping out the septic and saw that I was limping. He told me he that he would find the employee who was there to help me get what I needed. He went above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciated it. I told my husband that we need to switch to this company for our septic needs.

Hallmann's Sanitary Services has been pumping out our septic tank for years. The system had been draining slowly for the past 1-2 years so I called and Terry came out and proposed a plan to repair our issue. This guy is a master of his craft, with decades of experience, as honest as they come, very friendly, and a great value. I watched the entire repair which basically was to rebuild/replace the distribution box after 2 of 3 field lines were unclogged (that explained the slow draining) and the box replaced. Terry and his crew did a terrific job and I am positive that this issue is resolved for many years to come. The one picture shows the bottom of what was left of the distribution box, and if you look closely, you will see the pipe coming from the septic tank and the 3 lines going out into the septic field. Yeah, there was not much left of the original box. Anyway, Terry, a big thanks to you, Sandy, and your team.

Terry is great, he just pumped the trash tank on my septic system. This guy knows his stuff and has an efficient operation. He told me about my entire system and how I should service it without trying to oversell me. Very good experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Hallmann's Sanitary and the owner, Terry. He came out to the house within an hour of calling, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, showed me things and even recommended an indoor plumber we could use to unclog the pipes inside. He was very personable, passionate about his job and efficient.

This is a family owned and operated business and I felt comfortable with the recommendations he gave. I would HIGHLY recommend Hallmann Sanitary to anyone who needs septic work done.

Remember the good old days when you could call a family owned company and they would treat you like a friend that desperately needed your help, and they would do whatever they could to be on your doorstep as soon as possible and charge you a fair price for their services? That's Hallman's, and that is definitely Terry. We had our septic pumped back in June, being new homeowners that have no experience with a septic system. Then last night our toilets started backing up, so I called Terry first thing this morning. Rather than sending guys out, charging me and then referring me to a plumber, he referred me to a plumber he trusted right over the phone (Simple Simon's Plumbing out of Addison). And he said if Jeff Simon couldn't make it out to our house, he would come out himself and get a router through our pipes. (Spoiler alert, Jeff made it to our house within hours). It's so rare to find companies you can trust these days that charge a fair price, and I'm lucky to have found two. Terry, thank you for treating me like a human being that needed help in a desperate situation rather than taking advantage of me for a buck. I'll be using Hallman's for as long as I'm on septic.
