What can I say about Oakland Lubrication…well at one time they had a representative who had ethics, honor and integrity. Today, not so much. Several things you need to watch out for. First their products are very expensive unless you buy their cheap in house brand products. They will tell you they are just as high a quality as the name brand products but the facts are they are not. If you are a cheap shop who provides low quality to your customers, this may be a good place to do business.

In addition, they like to slip in under the radar and have employees, who are not authorized, sign contracts and make business decisions that ultimately have a negative effect on your company. The quality of their customer service is less than 1 star. If you could give them a negative rating I would put it at the worst possible service available.

I have since switched to a competitor and found for 5 years I was missing out on very high quality customer service and better pricing. I get name brands at much lower prices and my representative comes by every week to help us maintain our stock. In addition they provide training on other products they offer and help us to improve our bottom line. I didn’t know service like this was available. Well it’s not available at Oakland Lubrication. I wish I could mention our supplier to give them huge kudos but you can't or Google will remove the review, I’m here to warn you. My advice is to shop around and you will find that there are much better companies available than Oakland Lubrication.

If you buy oil from this company have it tested. They will charge you for a higher priced oil like shell brand and give you citgo or peak brand oil. I know because I worked there. Also they will pump all types of bulk oil through the pumps on the trailers, so no telling what weight oil you get mixed with your oil and hydraulic oil. They know shell oil isnt supposed to be run through a pump with any other oil, but do it anyway. Shell salesmen and reps. Check on this company!!!!
