Machines $2.25 starting rate; plenty of machines available; washers and dryers seem to all be in good condition, no metal that snags clothes, waiting area was clean. However, no ATM or restroom, plan accordingly

Overall clean and good spot to do laundry. No attendant on duty during my visit but the owner did stop in once to fix a machine and swept up the floor. Triple load wash was $5.25 and the dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes

Visiting Medford and needed to do laundry. Was a little alarmed at several of the reviews (sorry), but I’m here to say this place is clean, convenient, the machines work well, and $2 laundry (wash)? Where else can you find $2 loads in LG HE washers??? I hope that wasn’t an oops, but $2 cold wash and $0.25 for 7 minutes to dry. This is great!

Very clean on the inside, so many washers and dryers available. There was a decent amount of people doing laundry when I went but there was still room for much more. Prices are just amazing and it’s close to where I live. First time using this laundromat and I can say I will be coming again. They have LG washers for $2 a wash and dryers for 0.25/7 minutes. I don’t know where you can beat that. I chose a warm water wash and you could feel from the door the water was warm, I used the medium heat and checked a few times touching the door and it stayed warm the whole time. I went on a Sunday morning from about 10am-11am and it was a perfect time.

Best Laundry Mat in the Rouge Valley. It doesn't have a restroom but that's okay. They also offer free WiFi.

I have always love going here. It's always clean & well maintenance. I work late nights so, I always come in around 10pm and it's really nice because usually nobody is there. Only thing I do wish is if it was open 24/7 just because of the hours I do work, makes it hard to find the time to do everyone's laundry in the family but it's also the only place that's open till 12am that's actually clean, have clean washers & dryers, & one of the cheapest places in town. I also appreciate the handyman who comes in at 12 to clean out the lint and mop the floors & what not, he is always so nice & will even late me stay a little later so I have time to fold all my laundry so none of it wrinkled. Idk his name but just wanted to say thank you! 😁

Dependable and affordable machines. Bright and clean atmosphere. The owners are integrous and care about the people who use their facilities.

Though only my second time using Laundry Express, I found it to be an equally nice experience as the first.
A young lady and two men were performing p/m and I conveyed my appreciation for the clean, well-lit and moderately priced facility. Gratefully! RFK

The owner Justin is awesome. I had a blanket stolen and he went through all the security videos and found the person who took it. He and his night janitor are going to be on the lookout for her and said he’d help in any way. If I wanted to file a police report he’d give the videos to the police. Super nice owner to put so much care into helping me. Especially because it says on the door not responsible for stolen items. A big thank you to Justin!

I don't want to review because I want to keep it all to myself. Most days when I go in there is only one other person there or empty. By far the cheapest in town. Every time I come in there is something new and cute done. The one time I had a problem I was immediately called back and the owner came down within 15 min to help. I live super far but will not go anywhere else.

Clean, seems well maintained, and pretty cute interior for a laundromat.
I went to a different laundromat closer to downtown previously where a woman took out a 6 inch knife to clean her fingernails next to me while a man shouted at her.
That hasn’t happened here so it’s 5 stars from me

Clean safe laundry. All machines work.

I’ve come here twice now. I don’t think any other place can beat their price. I can wash and dry a load of laundry for $3. It’s been recently remodeled and is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in years.

Good place to wash big blankets. Free Wi-Fi. You will probably get hit up for money more than once. The whole plaza has a “good place to buy drugs vibe”. However It’s Safe. Very clean inside . I’m not leaving my laundry unattended. Change machines on site. Mini marts and restaurant surround.

The new owners are very friendly and responsive. While I was there a customer had used a $20 bill to get change and it only gave her $1.50 back. She called thw number posted and the new owners were there within 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Props to you. Stark contrast from prwvious ownership/management!!

This laundry mat has become my favorite mat in town by far! Owners have done lots to make the place feel clean, safe and inviting!

Really clean building owners are very nice it’s incredibly cheap compared to other laundry mats I would recommend coming here 10 times out of 10
