If you are seeking someone who is intuitive with their healing, able to seek out the trigger points of pain and move them with ease, then Sonja would be my recommendation. I have never had a deep tissue massage where I didn’t feel terrible the next day. And Sonja was phenomenal at getting the tight spots to release while gently moving the muscles to alleviate tension. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been going to Moving Muscles Massage Therapy for several years now. Sonja always does a great job of fixing any problem areas with trigger point therapy. The first time I saw her she fixed my neck which had bothered me for years! I see her every 2 weeks and I recommend her to everyone who needs a massage.

I have been seeing Sonja regularly for massage for several years now, and can't recommend her highly enough! I am a bit of an "oldster" and have multiple chronic back issues. Sonja is amazingly good at going to the spots that are giving me the most grief every time! She uses trigger point, cupping therapy, Gua Sha, and other forms of muscle manipulation to address what is ailing me, and always gives me much needed relief from pain and tension. Her technique is firm, but gentile.
Sonja is warm, friendly, funny, and engaging. She is very tuned in to your needs, and cares very much about her clients results. Her knowledge of the workings of the human body is also quite impressive. I've learned a lot of beneficial info from her that I use to help myself between sessions.
Sonja's prices are very reasonable for the results that are gained. I say that from experience, as I have seen many massage therapists over the years.

I have had 2 one-hour massages from Sonja and I recommend her highly. Here’s why… before each one, we had a conversation about how I was feeling-trouble spots. She zeroed in on those spots and also other areas that were influencing the problem. She knows her anatomy and I felt a major reduction in pain later the same day each time. I am a nurse and desire bodywork to be more than just a relaxing experience. She provides treatment in the form of body work and does so with patience and skill. She seeks feedback to make sure she is hitting the right areas. My sense is that she individualizes her approach and really listens to her clients.

At this point she is the only person I trust to touch my sensitive neck area, she is gentle and very responsive to what you ask. And best of all I had a knee issue and she did research on that specific problem that I had did a phenomenal job. I recommend her for sure

Sonja is a great massage therapist. Very relaxing environment. She brings her small older dog, Griffy, who is always a calming presence. She gives a discounted rate for first massage for new clients. She always finds my sore spots, has very strong hands. She finishes with soft pressure and a calming rocking motion that I love.

Wow! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I was a little nervous for my first massage, due to my fibromyalgia, but Sonja did her research. Her techniques were new to me, and I was skeptical, but I woke up this morning a new woman! The other 5-star reviews are accurate. She carefully works out each knot on your body, but it is different than a deep-tissue massage. She uses "trigger points", which melts away the tightness. I say it again, AMAZING!!! I've already booked my 2nd!!
