Love supporting and going into local coffee shops. Always unique drinks and unique atmospheres. Not only is it supporting local businesses but the drinks are great too. Make sure to stop by when you’re in the area!!

Absolutely loved the this gem of a coffee/snack shop not far from university..
The people are the nicest, and the menu has a nice variety and reasonable priced The atmosphere was laid back with students and friends lounging with their studies, people taking a break from their laptops to enjoy some of the cafe delights.

There is also much to browse with local artists setting up shop in sections along the wall with their beautiful crafts and artwork to sell.

The Coffee Mafia sell their own bagged coffee also and will grind it to whatever type of coffee prep you prefer.

Huge plus: LGBT+ community friendly and they have an all gender restroom.

We will definitely be visiting again!!!!

It is such a breath of fresh air to find a safe space in Auburn. My husband and I had an amazing weekend! First, drag at Hype Bar Saturday night. Then, Sunday morning we came for some coffee. We brought our 4 month old daughter and felt so welcomed and comfortable. The coffee was the absolute best I’ve had in Auburn. Usually the cold brew is too acidic and has a sour after taste, but Coffee Mafia’s was perfectly smooth and roasted to perfection. My husband also had the cinnamon roll and said it was delicious. Thank you for creating a safe space for all people. I’m very proud of Auburn for being so progressive. It makes the monthly trips from Atlanta to visit family a lot easier.

Staff was so nice and friendly. They told me about their Instagram for updates. They have a reward program. They have a shop full of cool jewelry and art. Warm friendly atmosphere. Really cool drink selection I got a blueberry pancake latte! The staff was helpful in explaining the menu and differences in coffees. They asked what milk I wanted and the cups are paper. They have a lid, straw, and sleeve bar so you don't have to use plastic if you don't want to. Go if you haven't you won't be disappointed.

They have really good place to sit down, read books, use laptops, drink coffee, play board games, and eat bakery. This shop looks like it’s designed for students who like to spend their time in coffee shop while doing assignments, reading papers, preparing for exams, and go and grab coffee when they get bored. Such a good vibe to go inside and buy a coffee.

Best coffee shop ever. Periodt. I went in today and got a hot Creme Brule that was so delicious. I also tried a cinnamon roll and it was legit the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. I brought my own cup and was able to recieve the discount for it. Love the new atmosphere and decor.

I first visited Coffee Mafia recently in December 2022 during an event for Family Fun Day with Pride on the Plains. It was my first time and it was an absolutely amazing time! Ian has outdone himself with this incredibly welcoming place. The atmosphere is hands down the best. The coffee is addicting (and that is coming from someone that doesn’t drink coffee regularly). LGBTQIA+ owner and incredibly LGBTQIA+ friendly which is always a plus in my book!

Kids are welcome (but I will admit I have yet to see one) and dogs are too! (Have seen plenty of those!)

If you love board games, they have those too!

Also lots of great local art and trinkets made by locals for sale.

If you want a place that is laid back but chaotic (in a great way) then this is the place for you! If you see me around, don’t hesitate to say hi! I love making new friends!

Lovely down to earth coffee, cool staff, and superb atmosphere. Great flavors of the roasts from momma mocha roastary. There are also whole bean bags to go, and lots of cute trinkets to purchase inside.

My coffee loving Dutch friend from Amsterdam has been filming in GA these past five weeks and declared that Coffee Mafia has the best coffee she has had while in America.

I really love going here. It is dog friendly, which is a plus. They always offer my boy a treat. My dog is a service dog, so he does get to go to more places. But always nice to have a welcoming place. He absolutely loves the attention he gets.

They're also welcoming and kind to LGBT+ community. If I remember correctly I think owner is a part of the community. I always love to support local LGBT+ owned business. Often holding events, which where fun to attend. But since they're so popular. The place is small, I can't attend anymore due to issues with feeling trapped. But doesn't mean you should go to the events and support them!

Only issue Ive had is some peoples dogs aren't controlled. Which is out of coffee mafia hands and expected in dog friendly places.

Coffee is amazing, I really wish I could afford to order it more.

Visited for the first time today and will definitely be back! The baristas were friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. I got the brown bear latte and it was delicious!

Our absolute favorite coffee spot in Auburn. The coffee is amazing, but the vibe is absolutely unmatched. No matter who you are, you'll feel welcome at Coffee Mafia. Because, you truly are welcome here. They set the tone for inclusion throughout the Auburn community from the warm atmosphere to the family oriented events. The staff is so kind & I'm pretty sure Ian requires all employees to possess wicked dance moves or confident karaoke skills because they're always having a good time behind the bar. Bonus points : they offer great rewards for their frequent caffeinators from generous punch cards to a clever "squatters mug" program!

Fantastic service and great atmosphere. My favorite place to stop by for coffee during work breaks.

I just tried Coffee Mafia for the first time yesterday and I'm hooked! I got a Sugar Fox latte and it was amazing, but there are so many options that I can't wait to go back and try more. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and I love that it's dog-friendly!

Ian carries on the original Mama's experience with a delightfully queer flair at Coffee Mafia! It's absolutely my and my boyfriend's favorite coffee shop in town and we make a point of visiting every Saturday to wake up with fantastic coffee, a pleasant and relaxed environment, and often some good quick food too. And if espresso is a little too rich or smokey a flavor for your liking in drinks, order an iced crack, and can even have it styled like their lattes, you won't regret it! Thank y'all for being such an awesome place in the area! I only wish y'all were allowed a better parking situation!

A quintessential example of what you want in a coffee shop: fantastic coffee with a variety that’s only matched by its quality, service that seems like it’s out of a commercial, but it’s all draped in a Kurt Vonnegut daydream. We love our local coffee and this is as good as it gets.

I'm working my way through the menu and everything is so GOOOOOD! I love the atmosphere, the coffee, the food, and the people! A lovely place to get brunch too!

Delicious iced coffee! I tried the melted ice cream drink and it was soooo good. Definitely will return on my next visit to Auburn

Excellent cold brew and sweet treat lattes. Also recently got a lox bagel and it was 😗👌, loaded with salmon and on a perfect, fresh everything bagel. Love this space and all they bring to the Auburn community 💖🌈
