Polite, efficient staff and great selection of stamps, greeting cards, boxes, packing tape and bubble packages that many post offices don't stock anymore. Spacious and well organized. Great experience. Thank you-- dealing with the public across a counter is not pleasant. Nice to find a good post office branch.

I find this Post Office easier to mail packages. The Scotia post office doesn't have a very good selection of boxes?I need large boxes to mail gits to my Granddaughters. I like the set up of this office. Everyone is very nice & helpful.

These folks... so personable! Hal and Rich, especially. Hal will make you smile by the time you leave the counter. Rich has the patience of a Saint. A line going to the door, and he still handles everyone with everything to perfection with pleasant personal comments. The wait is actually entertaining.

Heard lot's of news about postal services but we have seen no change in our service...delivery maybe later in the day sometimes, no big deal. Postal carriers always very polite!

I have always had great service with this PO, both at the desk and from my carrier. The carrier is great about bringing packages up to door, along with the mail of the day.

Simple small post office. Parking is limited and lines can get long at peak times but staff has always been fantastic and helpful.

We did not receive mail for 3 days last week. I called and was told carriers were out sick with Covid. I was told mail did go late one day and the rest was going that day. When dealing with this post office we had no reason to believe that. It’s kind of impossible for most of my immediate neighbors to all not have mail needing delivering during this time. We are sympathetic to Covid and staffing issues but this is the US mail. People are waiting for a multitude of things…meds, checks, college info…the list is endless. What are we supposed to do when u post nowhere that this is happening? Why do we never take this post office at their word? Because they never ever acknowledge wrong doing or blame when they are to blame. I stopped using their window services years ago because of the incredible rudeness. Don’t know if that’s improved but be prepared that they are very frustrating to deal with.

The letter carrier that comes to my address is awful. My mail is damaged half the time (including a box marked fragile that looked like he kicked it). When entering AND leaving my building, instead of walking the eight feet to the sidewalk, he walks two inches in front of my window. There's no need for it, and it's a huge invasion of my privacy. I will be calling the supervisor and filing an official complaint.

The only thing keeping me from giving a one star is that when I go to the post office to mail out packages, I usually get Elaine, who always is pleasant and efficient. You can thank her for the extra star.

I been waiting for two gift cards I bought on line for presents for my grandchildren. They never came after two weeks and then my neighbor came to my door with a hand full of mail they put in his box which belonged to me. I miss giving my grandchildren their birthday gifts by three days. The mail delivery has gone down hill for the past year. It is sad to think we got better service when we were were rural route.

Sometimes friendly. They don't really care to help you out. If you ask for something, they make it seem like it's an inconvenience. The only person that seems to ever be in good spirits, is my mail man. What happened to good, southern hospitality?!
