I love the fact that over the years, I might see them maybe 2- 3 times a year, but when I do appear, it's like family, we pick up right where we left off!! They got me in for an exam in a reasonable amount of time (a few days after walking in and asking) I arrived early; they saw me early. What a great clinic! I was impressed with how thorough all the testing was and the dr really seemed to be concerned with my eye health. And all the employees really took time to make me feel welcome. So glad I chose this small clinic over the bigger ones I usually go to.

Great Staff! They’re very friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve been going here for contacts and glasses for almost 20 years! My elderly parents go here as well and Dr Crowe has helped navigate them thru their changing eyes and cataracts!! I would highly recommend this facility for all your eye care needs!!

Awesome customer service from all of the staff. They were very thorough with my son's exam and made sure he had glasses that were perfect for him. He broke his glasses after only a few months, and the wonderful staff at Bartlett Vision made sure my son had a new pair the very same day. Thank you so much for being so great to my son.

My daughter had a very good experience. Exam was very thorough and everything was well explained. Eyeglass selection is high end and somewhat limited, but outside of that, we had no issues. Unfortunately since the last time we went (Sept 2017), my vision insurance has changed and they are no longer in network. I was really hoping to get my son and myself new glasses from here. Outside of the good experience, I have to go where my insurance will pay the most...sorry :(

I have been using Bartlett Vision for several years. The staff is great. They guided me thru cataract surgery for both eyes. I will continue to use Dr. Crowe for my Eyecare needs.

Awesome customer service oriented team! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they donate dog food to local shelters around the holidays instead of exchanging gifts and I think that is amazing. Definitely worth supporting local business that supports the community instead of some national brand that gives you cheap frames and lenses buy one get one free that end up breaking a few months later anyway.
