Wonderful service on 12/13/2023. Around 1:00 pm. My take out out order was ready and the young lady behind the counter was a delight. Great work!

Went in today for some hot, fresh donuts after work & boom! The light was on!!! Got a dozen hot donuts, drove home and they still were soft and warm. The smell alone is enough to make your mouth water!!! Employee was nice and pleasant as well.

Great people and big-smile service. They allowed me to sit inside while I searched for my discarded email which held the discount code. Thank you for understanding and patience.

How can you go wrong when the "HOT now" Light is on? I had an awesome time at this place. the people were nice and friendly and the donuts were divine! You can get one hot off the line! They seem to always have some sort of promotion going on. I would encourage everyone to join their rewards program. Not only will you get a free donut on your Brithday but several other rewards through out the year.

The special Christmas donuts are so cute and my all time favorite raspberry one.
I request you to make that nutella doughnuts available all the time instead of being seasonal. I really love that and waiting for that to come back.

The holiday doughnuts was a hit for Christmas!!! My family really enjoyed them!! There were fresh and great customer service.

The donuts were fresh. There was a lot of confusion with my order due to my grandkids changing their minds.

However, the employee who took our order was so patient and professional. Sorry I didn't get her name, but she was awesome!

Got there around 10:30 p.m. there wasn't very much variety and the specialty donuts. Being that late any reasonable person could understand why. They had plenty of glaze. And I tell you two dozen is a lot to eat for three people. I'm glad I live in a country where you can't sue a company for having such a irresistible product.

Yeah they are good, but not enough like the Comedian Bruce Bruce claimed. I don't care if the light is on that says HOT!! I just care if they are Fresh. And I do have a question. Can a person buy a Baker's Dozen?

We love it and I think we ended up buying 3 dozen. We don't have one where we live. The lady that waited on us was so nice and helpful

I've passed by this location many times, always wanting to go in and see what all the hype is about. I mean, it's just a chain donut place, right? Wrong. On 2/13/18, it was the greatest place in Memphis! From the fresh Valentine specialties to the standard glazed donuts, Krispy Kreme of Bartlett was superb. Not to mention the awesome staff on hand who made sure everything was correct, that we were happy, and that the restaurant was clean and in order. They were phenomenal! I will most definitely be back to try more donut flavors and can't wait to be greeted by the smell of warm, fresh donuts as well as the friendly, smiling staff.

doughnuts were very Hot and fresh.. The flies were a little out of control tho...I felt like Pops off of NEXT FRIDAY " I Need a Dozen doughnuts Hold The Flies Please". Lol LMAOOOO.

This was free donut week, and I might have been able to get just one, but the hot light was on. Like a moth to a flame the hot light pulled me in. I got six instead of 1. So much for that healthy quarantine diet. I would definitely recommend this place.

How can you not love this place! The manager was so sweet with a sense of humor. The donuts were hot and the customer service was great! The treats didn't last for photos🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely the best place for expresso in Bartlett. Blueberry cake donuts are great.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and neat dining area. You can watch the donuts being made from the dining area. When the sign for hot donuts is lit you can get them fresh off the belt and they are awesome.
