McDonald's

Great presentation is a must to me.
I mean we all have tired days but I feel welcomed when I stop by.
Like they get it and my whole mood changes before I get back to it.
Like a serendipity!

Appreciate the service I had tonight. Was asked if I could pull up so they could make some fresh quarter meat. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The burger and fries were hot and tasted great along with the lemonade. The man who handed me my food was nice and sincere about the wait, which was only a few minutes. Appreciate you all and thanks for the food!

Went inside after a football game. Tonight's service was great. Started a little rocky waiting for 5 min for someone to come to the front to take our order. But once we order we sat down an they brought our food to us. Food was cooked perfect, fries perfect, staff was very polite and inside was cleaner than expected!! Very good job

As an overall place, McDonald's is nice. But as a place to get food of any kind, be healthy or otherwise, not the most promising place.

Went 9/12/23 at 2:12 pm and the girl working the drive thru (jessilee i think) was really nice and professional.

I went to this McDonald’s on June the 10th, not being very familiar with McDonald’s as I usually don’t come here, an employee by the name of Donair was there to help me in choosing my items and explaining everything that I needed to know. I was greeted when I entered and customer service was just 10/10 by Donair. He is a hard worker in providing excellent services. I do plan on returning.

I work nights so its hard to find somewhere to eat at 3 am. Very friendly lady who waited on me.

Chris the manager and Olga one of his assistants are the best team I've seen at any McDonald's. Very patient and friendly. They both deserve a raise. Even, when it's super busy I never see them sweat. Always great service

It's been a long time since I dined in. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The workers were courteous and service was fast. We actually went for coffee then decided to get meals, which were hot and good. Everyone was very pleased.

Service was fast and efficient. Food was warm and exactly as expected. Was very satisfied with visit.

It was a refreshing and delightful visit. The drive-thru speaker greeter seemed happy for us to be there. The order taker was very polite, aware, knowledgeable and kind. The hot was hot and the cold was cold. And it water was correct.

I visited this location on October 13, 2021 and Terranique took my order. This was the most efficient and seamless experience I’ve EVER HAD at McDonald’s. I had a HUGE order. She never once asked me to repeat it and asked me to repeat…. And my order was TOTALLY CORRECT!!! She should be in a management level! Thanks, McDonald’s, for putting out great workers!!!

I visited Mc Donald's close my home and of course the line was wrapped around the building long. I said myself not happy I'm not going to get in that line. So I came to the one in Bartlett and I was surprised and very happy, that I didn't wait so long. I'd place my ordered and it was taken promptly. No long line and service was great! I will visit again.

This is my McDonald's of choice. They're prompt and they don't charge for additional sauces like other McDonald's. Even if you're asked to pull forward, they're bringing your order before you can put your vehicle in park. Great customer service!
