I absolutely love them! The facility and staff are always top notch. Dr. Kessler literally treated me like she would want to be treated. My entire family is seen here and I would not have it any other way. No hassle, no extreme wait time and selection of glasses are phenomenal.

I hope you realize the amazing employee you have with Ms Virginia! Whatever you're paying her...pay her more. She handled all intake forms, spoke fluently in Spanish to a customer and helped me figure out whether or not you take my insurance. (Unfortunately, you don't.) I hope you appreciate Ms Virginia. She's excellent at her job, and handled a crowded waiting room on a late Saturday morning with calmness and kindness.

My experience was quick thorough. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. I went in without an appointment, I was seen right away. I didn't have my insurance information, they found everything that I needed. Thanks so much! You guys rock!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait long before being called back for my appointment. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam process. She was patient and attentive, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. The level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future eye care needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of top-notch optometric care.

When I walked into the store everyone was so helpful and inviting. I work with a very enthusiastic employee named Josephine. She really deserves a raise because with
her help I found the perfect glasses. She is amazing at her job

Everyone was very kind. Very impressed with the girls upfront. I was in and out due to the teamwork! And of course as always Dr. Kessler is the best! I have been seeing her since she worked at the eye doctors in the mall and she is the only optometrist that has ever explained my condition and what it all meant! Also, she is the only optometrist that actually got my prescription correct and I will never see anyone else!!! Love her!!!

Awesome, accommodating staff. I thought i scheduled an appointment online and it did not go through on my end. However, they were quick to get seen. The staff was friendly and pleasant to work with.

I've found my new eye doctor. Dr. Kessler was amazing. She was a great optometrist. She explained everything in detail and was extremely friendly and valued my opinion throughout the entire visit. She was very professional. By far the best optometrist visit I have ever had!

Virginia went above and beyond for me dealing with my provider for glasses. She definitely deserves a free lunch and a bottle of wine from her boss. 10/10

Second and third visit we had her as well with my kids. She was amazing with them and my 7 year old normally hates going.

Great location. I made an appointment online, that I thought was for today, it was for the 13th. They worked me in their schedule in 15 minutes. Visit took about 45 minutes. Great customer service and Doctor explained everything.

As a first-time patient, you never know what to expect with a new office and/or staff; however, I am 110% satisfied with Master Eye Associates! Their appointment availability/ease of scheduling, staff, and the quality of their eye exams were amazing! I’m glad I selected this location to schedule my eye exam and will continue to use Master Wye Associates for all of my families vision needs now that I know what to expect with their service, procedures and professionalism.

Desk attendant was extremely helpful and friendly (forgot her name, I was there on 5/7/24)...Dr. Chu was welcoming and thorough. She is only there for a few more months. Not sure if I spelled her name correctly.

They are so nice and professional! They are on time so you don’t have to wait long for your appointment. I love that you go right next door to fill your prescription.

When I thought I'd be spending my entire Saturday for 2 appts for my kids, we were in & out! The Dr was extremely nice. The staff very knowledgeable. I made an appt for myself!

The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The expanded hours did not seem to disrupt their efficiency. Dr. Ngyn was excellent. I have extensive experience running an eye surgery center and was very impressed with her skill and professionalism with each examination which was completed.

First time at this location and Dr. Kessler was so personable and outgoing. Definitely one of the best first experiences I have had with any type of doctor. Highly recommend!

I love going to Master Eye Associates. They are very professional and very friendly. I love Dr Buck. I'm sure the other ones are good too but he's he's the only one that I had the pleasure of seeing. Master Eye associates on Germantown Parkway. I totally recommend them.
