I love this place! Dr. Powell has taken excellent care of me and my mom and gone above and beyond to problem solve my symptoms. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows!
I damaged my frames and stopped by this morning to see if anything could be done and the amazing women up front had me in and out in 20 minutes! I'm incredibly grateful to have been recommended to this location!!

Switched to Optometry group as a new patient. My old provider I had kinda felt like a cattle call, fast in, fast out... no questions allowed. Here was wonderful. Immediately scheduled for my two sons as well. Went today. Doctor is so thorough, energetic, and sweet. Spent tons of time with my 15 year old and 6 year, making sure tests were accurate, and they received the best care. Spent loads of time helping me understand why my eyes are always tired. Staff are helpful and treated me and my children top notch. I order five pairs of glasses. All were carefully applied to my insurance, and discounts given for all I needed to purchase without insurance. Highly recommend!

They are the nicest people. Had a great excellence. I had a eye exam and picked out my glasses in an hour. I can’t comment on the glasses yet. I won’t get them for 2 weeks. But them doctor and people there are nice and told me not to use wipes on them. First time any place has told me that. All the other places I’ve gone over the years told me I could use them and then my glasses are scraped up in a year. Guess those other place just want you to keep coming back for glasses. Not this place.

My two daughters and I go to The Optometry Group. My girls have been going to Dr. Barton Powell for awhile. A friend of mine's daughter, who relocated here from Connecticut, also is a patient. I had been going to another popular Optometrist for over 30 years, but since my eyes have gotten worst throughout the years, it was always a challenge to find corrective lenses that was strong enough to improve my vision (I have extremely poor vision) no matter how many times I would go there. However, I tried Dr. Powell and was very pleased. He is very thorough and always seem to take the time to give you his undivided attention and explains what is going on. The staff there is always friendly and gives you great service (with the exception of one, but maybe she's just quiet and not a people person). I would highly recommend Dr. Barton Powell to anyone!!😊

Dr. Powell is easily the best optometrist I've seen. I've had glasses for over 30 years. He explains eye health and vision very succinctly. His staff is great also. Very pleasant all around!

One of the best experiences I have had at an optometrist. Very quick, very thorough and professional. The facility was very clean and orderly. They had new, state-of-the-art equipment and Dr. Powell spent extra time asking questions and explaining the process.

Hey Staff over there, I love my New Glasses and I am getting so many compliments on them, my Fiance loves them to pieces..and best of all I am not straining my Neck to see my Computer and I can see best of all. Great place to go for glasses. I got prescription safety glasses for work from here. They were able to order and get my glasses very quickly and they were all very polite.

Fast, friendly, helpful. They followed best practices for Covid-19 and made the visit pleasant inspite of the extra precautions.

Dr. Bart and his staff are great. They're helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the vision insurance they accept and can give you options. I've never had or encountered any issues with service, staff, or otherwise with this establishment. Dr. Bart talks fast so you'll have to keep up, but he'll gladly make sure you're aware of the situation or options available. I appreciate his candor. You have to be willing to ask questions and make sure you have/get an understanding.

Dr. Powell is fantastic. No nonsense and he is sharp and quick. I love it.
