I had started going to Gloss nail bar in Jan of 2016 and stopped due to change in management at the Erin St location but Rosa & Theep at Lakeland are great! Best customer service in a long time and great conversation. Thank you Gloss Lakeland.

I was so excited to finally have a nail salon right off Canada road and could not wait for it to open. When I initially tried Gloss Nails at Lake District, the service was fine, but not what I was expecting so I decided to not go again after my 3rd visit. However, one day I needed a quick appointment and went in again. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jazzy. She and her husband, Dustin had recently relocated to manage the Lake District location. OMG!!! My experience was and continues to be absolutely AMAZING! The customer service is on another level…not to mention the quality of care and attentiveness Jazzy provides every time I go back to see her. She is the absolute BEST!♥

Tiffany at Gloss Nail bar is SO amazing! She is so kind and always does an amazing job. She pays attention to detail and makes sure my nails are perfect every time I leave! They always look good and stay looking good for weeks!

I absolutely love Gloss. I’ve been a faithful customer for two years now. Started on highland with Jennie and now at the new location in the Lake District! Jennie is absolutely amazing she loves what she does and it shows in her work. The new location is absolutely stunning. They are very welcoming and friendly. I had my first dip nail appointment at the Gloss Nails at the Lakeland facility. I’ve had my nails done professionally for many years and am extremely particulate with exceptional results. I had the premier nail tech, Vanika take care of me and her attention to detail and care was by far the best I have ever experienced. Thank you for an amazing experience, and I cannot wait until you start doing lashes and facials at the Lakeland facility.

I have been going here now since my old nail salon changed management and so far it’s cool. I recently had my nails done and they did not look up to the quality of Gloss. I returned to the shop and the manager fixed them and apologized for the inconvenience.

Jackie did a great job on my jelly pedicure. Totally recommend, it made my feet feel moisturized during this hot summer month. tony matched my nails perfectly which were inspired by Pinterest….

I love the Lakeland Gloss Nail Bar. Jazzy is my girl and I am so glad that I found here. After a few visits, I got her and have kept her. She is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She has never let me down and I will continue to refer all my friends.

Very nice and clean salon, very professional, considerate, and kind staff! A large polish color selection and affordable pricing while still using high quality products. I paid $60 for a fill-in before the tip and I'm very pleased with the job the tech did. Great salon!!!

I’m always happy when I leave Gloss. Tiffany, my technician is the best!! She is attentive to every detail, from the color choice to the finished product. Her work is always consistent and I love her creative designs!

Jazzy was exceptionally nice courteous, and willing to fix the problem of another salon. I love her hygienic behaviors, her ability to clean and give me the wire behind her procedures. She was very thorough. I definitely will be returning.
