Fist time coming here with a friend. We get our nails done one time a year, since we can’t have the acrylic tips working in a bakery. We’ve been to a couple of places, but this one may be the only one we come to. Everyone was so nice! There was a mix up with the appointment we made, it wasn’t clear that we wanted the gel acrylic tips. So we had to wait for an hour but they let us sit at their bar and they made me a great sex on the beach. The guy who did my nails was hilarious. He was joking around the whole time making us laugh and still did an amazing job. I was super happy with the way my nails came out! So cute!

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and professional atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The quality of service was exceptional, and I absolutely loved the final result. This place was amazing! Staff was super nice and everyone was super friendly. The guy who did my nails, Raymond, did an amazing job! The last place I got my acrylic tips on at, they did a horrible job. My nails came off within the first fill. Raymond did an amazing job fixing my nails and making them look amazing. He also told me information about how to take care of my nails. I will be going back and getting my nails done there again!

My first time to this salon and I had a wonderful experience! I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment for that day and she told me to just come on down.
When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sign in, she confirmed what service I was wanting and told me to go ahead and pick out my polish colors.
I was then directed to the waiting area until a chair was ready, and asked if I would like a drink from the menu.This salon did a wonderful job of making sure I always felt seen and after a time I was moved over to the chair while I waited on a nail tech.
Mike did an awesome job with my acrylic set and Lilly made sure my nail art was perfect! I felt very welcomed and will definitely return!

We were very happy and pleased with our visit to Shades of Nails & Spa! It was our first visit & it was an early birthday present for my daughter who brought her best friend. The service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The girls enjoyed every moment of their visit. They were greeted kindly, offered drinks and a chocolate as they sat down for their appointment. They truly enjoyed the ambience, and the persons working on their feet and legs, and the Collagen Detox Pedicure they received and the massage chair that relaxed them. They are still talking about it… and we plan on returning. Thank you!!

We celebrated a 40th Birthday for a friend! The salon is beautiful. The team is attentive, fun and professional. We booked the VIP room which was very luxurious with a fireplace, chandelier and personal TV. We enjoyed pedicures, a rom com, and fabulous drinks & snacks. Thanks for the amazing experience. We will be back soon!

Certainly one of the best nail salons in west TN. The staff is professional, friendly, and talented. It’s very clean, you immediately have a peace of mind everything is sanitized. If you set an appointment, they don’t forget! Tell your friends after your visit, I have visited four times now and they don’t miss! I appreciate this business. Also, they are great with children. 😊

My first time visiting the location was wonderful. The calm atmosphere and customer service makes you feel Welcomed! Donna was my nail tech & she did an amazing job! I love my nails & she was so kind! My daughter also got her nails done & she also loves the new shop! Lilly did my eyebrow tint & she did amazing as always! It was a beautiful experience and I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks

This place is amazing! The atmosphere and the people here are top notch. Had their signature pedicure done by David. He took his time, gave such a great massage, and made sure my French pedicure looked on point! The place itself is clean and luxurious and the complimentary beverage was a nice touch. Definitely try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon since moving to the area. I tried this amazing place today and I’m very pleased that I did. Mary and Donna did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was very relaxing. They made my self care day very special . I will definitely use them in the future.

While visiting my daughter in Lakeland, she booked us appointments at her favorite nail spa, Shades of Nails, and I'm so glad she did! Donna and Ray took amazing care of us. Their attention to detail and friendly conversation were impressive, and our manicures--gel for me, acrylic fill with gel polish for my daughter--were perfect! The salon is so clean and pretty, too. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Donna helped me decide how to do the natural look I was seeking and we landed on an ombré French (dip)…it turned out beautifully.

I went to Shades of Nails for a jelly pedicure and dip manicure today. It was the best pedicure I’ve gotten since moving to Memphis area 2 years ago. The customer service was amazing. They thought through every detail for this up scale experience and even have a VIP room you can book. I will definitely be back with friends and family!

I had the BEST experience today getting my nails done. Julie did an amazing job giving me exactly what I asked for, she and everyone else there were so friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing and EXTREMELY clean, 10 out of 10 would recommend, I know I will be back!

Donna was my nail tech and she is passionate about her skills. Also, David an awesome pedicure tech. Shades of Nails and Spa is the best place to get your self-care to get your hands and feet and more services done as if you are getting ready for any occasion.

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year. It is a great salon with great prices and the workers are always so kind! I always ask for some type of design on my nails and they always do an amazing job.

Donna did my mani and Pedi a long with my lash extensions and my eyebrows! She is amazing and the salon is so beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Donna is the sweetest and even stayed late to make sure my eye lash extensions were perfect for my vacation! Highly recommend her and this salon!
