Hampton Inn Arkadelphia

We stayed here as a matter of convenience on a cross-country trip. As expected, the rooms were clean and the service was friendly.
One note of exceptionalism: even though the breakfast offerings at hotels of this class are rather predictable, and "on brand," it was obvious from the first bite that the gentleman who prepared everything truly cares about doing a good job! He is very personable, too, if you are in the mood to chat, but will leave you alone if you are not.

Awesome place. So clean! Great breakfast! They even had honey for coffee. Tons of different tea flavors. Juices. (Rasp lemonade was super sour) Tons of options for food. Even Tons of condiments including PB, hot sauces and more! The guy working (Mark?) Was super nice and making sure we had all we needed. And Casey was super nice at check in! Also the place is dog friendly! Will stay again if passing thru! Pool was great too! A little chilly. But good!

Clean hotel and Pamela at the front desk was the best! Friendly and very helpful, great attitude.
We didn’t eat breakfasts so I can’t comment on that, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing stay. Phillip at the front desk was kind and courteous. Rooms were sparkling clean. The hot breakfast was amazing with a vast selection such as waffles, eggs, cereals, sausages etc

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by courteous and friendly staff! The room was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. And the breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed to fuel our day! I would highly recommend THIS Hampton Inn for your stay if in the area!

The front desk person, his name is Phillip, was very pleasant, kind professional a little bantering back and forth. Explained the rewards program we knew nothing about that's been in play for a few years now. None of the other front desk people ever offered, or mentioned the rewards program. We have been checking in for years. We have property in Texas and take that two to three day drive. It was disappointing to hear we could have been a rewards member for a number of years. And again none ever mentioned anything to me or the family regarding the rewards program untill we met Phillip. He is an amazing employee. To bad the other locations of the Hampton Inn do not have quality people like him. Don't get me wrong other people did there job but volunteered nothing about any reward program

10/10 recommend staying at this Hampton. Not only is the service above and beyond but the rooms are also clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious, including omelets and smoked sausage.

Solid hotel experience. Friendly young lady at the front counter started everything off right. Sweet folks working the breakfast area.

Room was clean and everything was in order. My wife appreciated the lotion dispenser in the bathroom and the Glutino bars at breakfast. All around great stay

The rooms were perfectly remodeled, compared to other Hampton Inn locations I've stayed at. The food was kind of lacking though and could have had more options.

Most comfortable bed at a hotel in a long time. Quick stop while traveling, was a great price and accommodations. Breakfast had lots of choices, hot and friendly staff. Would stop again!

Great room, staff (especially Jasmine and Crystal), wifi, TV, breakfast, and more. All 5 stars.

Get the top floor if you can because some guests walk heavily in their rooms and I could hear the folks above me most of the evening.

The cleanliness of the room was superb.

The pillows were excellent/soft and the mattress a little too firm, but overall this is a great hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

We had an absolute wonderful stay! We decided to break our trip up into two days since we drove through a snow storm and this place did not disappoint. It was incredibly clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff was outstanding.
We ended up finding a kitten outside while loading up our vehicle to leave and took her to the front desk and the staff gladly took her and said they would take care of her and find her a good home! I had just planned on asking for the nearest local animal shelter, but they went above and beyond! It made our day and made us realize there are still great people in the world. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, experience and for going above and beyond!

I stayed there for a single night to take a much-needed break from the road. The room I had was different from those of most Hampton Inns where I've stayed before in that it was smaller and more basic with a single queen bed. Still, the nightly rate was much lower than what I've seen at most Hamptons. My room was clean, comfortable, and it had everything I needed. Access to and from I-30 is easy, and there are plenty of restaurants, truck stops, and convenience stores in the immediate area. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay there.

Very clean. Feels new. Exercise room and indoor pool are nice. Close to highway on/off, but no noise issues. Free breakfast has eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, and more. Fat boys barbq just a block away means this is a wonderful stop over point for a trip.

Rooms were clean and they were accommodating for our family by finding a ground level room for us.

Right off the Interstate, digital keys for self check-in/out. The rooms were clean. The AC worked great. The beds were comfy and the pillows so plush. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, safe, quiet. Lobby and parking very clean, rooms 22-29 were added on new 3 yrs ago and are very clean! Faux wood floors are nice and room is spacious and free of odor. Mini fridge and lots of outlets, lamps and nice chairs.

Very pleasant stay. Clean room and good breakfast as well. Personnel was very accommodating and friendly. Convenient location off the freeway. I will stay again when passing through.

Dean " The breakfast cook " on Saturday September 23, 2023 did an awesome job. Southern breakfast at its best. The sausage Gravy was the BEST.....it was smoking

This hotel became more like a guest at a friend's house. The front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions. We were here for a college preview and the hotel was close to the campus. I think what made it stand out was the front desk manager the night desk manager and all those working in any position in-between. They didn't treat you like a client but a friend that had stopped by for some sweet tea/or coffee I prefer coffee. Oh and the coffee wasn't too strong and in need of so much doctoring up just to take a sip. It was great! That's probably what really won me over... nah it was the employees. Thank you all for a great stay and we look forward to seeing you guys again soon but next fall for sure!
