AutoZone Auto Parts

Went to this store today. They didn't have what I needed in stock, but could order it to be in tonight before they close. Jordan had excellent customer service and was efficient at ordering what I needed for me. Will definitely shop at this location instead of Hot Springs from now on!

we had a very long trip and our car started having troubles so we decided to pull into an autozone to see what was going on. we met the nicest and most helpful guy named William. 10/10 recommend coming here if you ever have car troubles! very nice people and very helpful. we appreciate William for taking time out of his day to help us!

Every single time I go to AutoZone in Arkadelphia I receive the best service. They always work hard to find me the right part. If they don't have my part in stock, they do everything they can to make sure I get it as quickly as possible. In an emergency over the weekend, they really came through for me. I was not able to find the part I needed at my local store. I was going to have to go to O'reillys. I went there and the store was locked and no one would answer the door or the phone. I called the Autozone commercial Manager (Bill Bateman) and he found an alternative part for me and I had it in hand within 5 minutes.

Every time I go into the store someone is willing to help me. On a day that I wandered in to inquire about something I knew nothing about (recharging freon), Jarrett came to my rescue! He went above and beyond by letting me know exactly what I would need and provided step-by-step instructions. He deserves a raise!

Great place, needed a part and didn't know exactly the terminology for the "Tail light Socket", I needed, ordered it and the part will be delivered tomorrow. They actually took the time to understand what I exactly needed and a military discount for my service..will return to this store.

Very good service. If it wasn't for Willaim the store manager and Courtney I would have been stranded. I really appreciate the good customer service they provided! Words can’t even explain how grateful I am for them. You guys are the best 😃

Jarrett was so helpful in replacing my windshield wipers. Nice young man. Would recommend anyone go there.

Work truck battery died a slow death trying to start and I had to get another. Boss came with me to use the company card and pay for purchase of a new one, he even had trouble installing due to finding out the positive terminal cable had a breakage on the connection.
The store manager came out to help out and got it to in working order again after the boss and my failure previous 15 minutes attempt at getting it to connect. The manager had to use battery shims which we already had to make it stay connected.
The broken connection still has to be replaced at a later date and that may only happen when the truck breaks down again when it is used on a trip out of town. I just hope I'm the one not using it.

The store manager William Abrego was amazing! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in Years! He was very knowledgeable and kind!! He helped me and my husband get back on the road.

Bill is an excellent worker. He's always busy but will go out of his way to assist a customer. The way it's supposed to be

I went to get a battery put in my key fob the process was quick and worker was very professional and friendly

This young lady went so above and beyond her call of duty - Karrigan was the most outstanding employee I have ever encountered here and I have been an Autozone customer for 17 years. Not only did she not become irritated with my lack of knowledge, but was genuinely kind and smiled the whole time. If she would've let me, I would've washed her car every week for a year!!!

They were wonderful very courteous, efficient and willing to help. As a woman I've needed that almost 70 years old that help was greatly appreciated

Great customer service

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. While traveling through we had car trouble and they did a computer diagnosis and recommended a mechanic. We got on the road within 2 hrs of stopping. Kudos to the Arkadelphia Auto Zone Team!

Fiancé had a maint. Req. Light on her dash. Used Auto Zones OBS code reader, and found out the wonderful men at Walmart tire and lube forgot to reset the oil life when changing her oil. AutoZone got us fixed up!

I didn't catch the guys name that was working today but he was very polite and extremely helpful. Giving him and AutoZone 2 thumbs up!

They always got what I need, always have it in stock.
