Helpful people that kept us going on a road trip with last minute warning right before close. They were quick, kind, and professional. They could have gouged us because we were literally at their mercy and they didn't. Please if you're in the area utilize their services!

On a sunday my tire blew out, and I was able to make it to the pilot, I called M&M right across the street, no answer (it says open 24/7) not true, I called Ernesto, and he sent someone out right away, I thought my brake chamber was out but it turned out to be my air bag, they take com check and EFS check, credit and debit, no national accounts, I called at 7:19am the mechanic arrived at 7:50am he had to go back to get the air bag he was back at 8:45am and was done at 9:30am he did not have the right air bag but he did a great job getting the tire done and helpingme find another place to get a air bag. 300.00 service call, 120.00, tire supper single used Yokohama 400.00, 13.00 disposal, 83.30 tax, and 24.75 dollar credit card fee, total to 941.05.

Ernesto is always the best, in and out in couple hrs or maybe 1 day max. Not too bad on pricing but always friendly and knows what to do! He works on our 5085 John Deere Tractor and is was better than JD service Dept.

I love this shop, they are fast and all smiles. I've purchased 3 tires for a car and had a tractor tire tube replaced so far. The tractor tire took them less than 10 minutes to get fixed and the car tires maybe 20 minutes to replace and balance. I'll be coming here for all my tire needs in the future!

We got a nail in our tire passing through town and he took care of it for us. Really nice guy and we appreciate him taking the time early on a Sunday morning

We were traveling to Texas from Massachusetts in our RV when we broke down on Christmas Eve no one was willing to help us out. They were the only Mechanics willing to take the job on . Honest and hard working we thank you a million times. Made it back home safely for New Years

Had two tires blow out on trailer on I30 on a Saturday. No other shops were open or willing to assist a non commercial vehicle. I found Ernesto’s and he answered the call!! He came out, made some repairs and replaced both tires in less time than he estimated. They were very professional, kind and personable people. Had a load of livestock so this was a life saver! Highly recommend!

We blew a tire in our RV and thankfully Ernesto came and fixed it very quickly! He even checked our other tires to make sure they had the correct amount of pressure! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing service, went above and beyond getting my girlfriend and I home the morning after hitting a terrible pot hole on our way home to Texas. The lady that helped us was very helpful and thd guys in the garage got it done quick after they managed to find a replacement rim for my car. Would definitely return if I ever happened to get a flat outside Arkadelphia again, thank again J&M!

We were broken down and he went to us to check the battery. I found out it was the alternator and he drove us to the story himself to get the parts free of charge. This place is a life saver and very genuinely wants to help and make it affordable.

This place come highly recommended ! From the owner to the staff , everyone was cool , helpful . I came in to get a new tire plugged , to get a used tire d or my trailer . Ended up completely satisfied . Their tire selection is actually the best I've seen when it comes to used tires especially for a semi.

About 2 years ago these guys helped me out with a tranny issue. I can't say enough good things about all the guys here. Great people and awesome service. And to the guy with the blown fuse.... You cost yourself 150.00 if drove for me you would be unemployed.

woke up in the morning with a flat tire on my enclosed car trailer at the best western down the street. drove slow to the pilot truck stop across the street from J & M and aired up tire to see there was a hole in the inside sidewall. Drove over to their building and within 10 minutes they were putting a brand new tire on. rolled out less than a half hour later. couldn't be any happier with service and price (new load range E trailer tire installed for $125).
