This USPS post office is much better than the one in Fairfield. The one in Fairfield does NOT honor their walk-in hour like this place does for passports. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and the staff was very friendly and kind. Very pleased with this USPS office.

My trip to the post office was very quick but in the short amount of time I was there I met a very joyful associate named Edwin that made my day. Positive souls are a must especially in a place I find very soulless.

I had no issues here. I went on a Thursday at 2 pm and it was hardly a line. The staff was really nice and respectful and had no issues. Hopefully my priority package makes it on time as they stated.

I was having difficulty getting a particular package delivered to my address (which isn’t difficult to deliver to) and so I came in asking for help with it. The first person said it wasn’t in the back and I would have to just wait for it to be delivered. I was about to walk out, very frustrated, when Charon called me over and said ‘let me see what I can do.’ She spend 15 minutes checking every corner of the post office and in every system to see what was the issue. She didn’t find my package, but she was able to determine that it was a problem with the driver and took down my info to give me updates. I wish I had walked out with my package, but at least I walked out with a couple of answers and a game plan. Thank you Charon for putting in the effort with a very frustrated customer that just wanted answers. Give this woman a promotion.

This 5 star review is for WILLIAM. That man is SO helpful. I had trouble with my PO Box and setting up correctly. WILLIAM is the man! Thank you William. If you have to, wait in line extra time JUST to get William. Thank you for your help & wonderful service. <3

Called and employee answered on the first ring. Very helpful supervisor got on the phone to help me track down missing mail. Extremely polite and professional.

I Was Notified That My Package Was Delivered On 11/29/2023 At 100 Hartle Ct. Napa California Around 1:33 In The Afternoon But I Haven't Received It Yet

I inquired three times about a package that was never delivered and I never heard back. VERY disappointed that they couldn't even get back to be and let me know they couldn't retrieve the package. Good people, bad service.
