I was having a horrible day my car wouldn't start I went to autozone and ashley s greeted me and said we would figure it out she noticed my fluids were low and even filled them for me then I told her off a noise i was hearing and she found it was my brakes ashley s was very helpful and nice I will be returning to this autozone for sure

I went in to have my car looked at which two men named Lester did without hesitation and he was so helpful and even offered I'm help outside of AutoZone if I needed it I definitely recommend this place they can check to see what codes are up on your car what's wrong with it they check to see if your alternator is bad which is what was wrong with mine they're just good people all around at least at this location... Lester was a HUGE help and didn't even make me feel like an idiot, which I am when it comes to vehicles. Lol. I hope he gets the salary he deserves......

Not much to say. They know their auto parts and are eager to assist. A very helpful associate ran diagnostics on my vehicle and got part numbers and prices for me. It was exactly what I needed.

The service Junior gave was awesome! My guy was respectful, diligent, and very efficient. He checked to see if I had a warranty without me having to ask him. I had forgotten all about the warranties. He was kind and let me know that Autozone takes care of their customers. It's nice to see respectful and genuine folks!

The staff were very helpful. The alternator on my car went bad on my way home. James and Mike helped me get the tools I needed to fix my car instead of making me take it to a shop. I would recommend anyone in the area to come here. Huge thanks to them.

We live in northern Ohio. While we were in Florence, KY, we had car issues. Thinking it was the batterty, we stopped at this AutoZone to have it checked out and possibly replaced. Unfortunately, the battery wasn't the issue and we had to have the car towed. We ended up spending hours in AutoZone, trying to arrange a rental car, making calls home and to the garage, etc. Junior and the two ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful to us. Junior even gave us a ride to the car rental location when his shift was over. Even though we didn't spend a dime in the store, they were gracious and caring. Great customer service!
