The entire team at Mid-American Gunite are professionals! Their service, attention to detail, timeliness and craftsmanship were off the charts. Kaitlyn, Tim and Grant were able to come in and salvage our gunite pool renovation that had gone wrong. They were left with a mess of a pool, made it safe and it now looks brand new. Mid-American was great to work with. We had our pool re-tiled during the fall & resurfaced during the spring. The end result looked fantastic & all of the work was done timely. I would highly recommend if you are putting in a new pool or need work done on an existing pool.

Mid American Pools installed my pool 18 years ago, when it was time to refurbish the tile and gunite I choose to go back to Mid American, the whole process went very smooth and I was back swimming in no time. Our work involved two-years of planning and more rain this season than we've had in decades... Mid-American Gunite Pools gave us the best home project experience (by far!!) in our home of 37 years! We live in an old house on the west side of Cincinnati and have taken on dozens of home renovations and projects. I began the journey of building my dream pool in 2022. I contacted another local company first... after six weeks, I had no estimate and no renderings. My daughter called Mid-American Pools in July and Kaitlyn was out in two days walking up my driveway on her phone, already getting the permit. She sketched out my exact vision on paper and four days later, I had 12 beautiful renderings! I signed the contract and they were digging the next month! Mid-America took over our gunite pool refurbishment after we had issues with another company. They were highly recommended by our Deck/Landscaping contractor. Mid-American fixed the issues (tile) and then re-plastered and moved the equipment for our 40,000 gallon pool. They were very professional under a tight timeline. Different "teams" did different parts of the project based on their skills and they were very knowledgeable and experienced.What I appreciated is that they communicated well and delivered on time and on budget...and our pool looks great. I would highly recommend using Mid-American.

What an amazing experience I had from Service. This company put my pool in a handful of years ago before COVID. A few weeks ago we had a thunderstorm which shorted out some electricity on the side of our house. Once we got that back on, we needed to get the pool pump and heater working. They were unable to get a tech out, however, they were able to walk me through all the fixes that needed completed over the phone. The entire team followed up with me, checked in to make certain what they had provided was working. I cannot believe how knowledgeable, professional and supportive they were. I am so blessed to have used this company for my pool!!!

They had a full schedule but they managed to work me in for a public pool open. They arrived early, did their thing, and they knew our pump and chlorine generator better than I did.
Set us up with the correct pool start-up chemistry and took the tjme to teach me a couple of tricks - very willing to share k James he and answer my questions. Would never call anyone else.

Came back a week later to help me with a problem with the pool return setting. They know our pool better than we do.

My family has enjoyed 13 years of perfect pool conditions thanks to Mid-American! The construction team re-tiled and re-plastered the existing pool with a French Gray plaster, which makes the water that gorgeous resort/spa color. They installed new equipment over the years, which has kept the water clean and as warm as we wish, April through September.
The weekly service team keeps the water quality perfect. They open and close the pool and are responsive to schedule requests. Everyone we've worked with has been very nice, which is icing on the cake.
Mid-American was recommended to us by our landscape architect as the best in the region. This was after several frustrating years with another well-known pool care company, which was unable to keep the water clear and unreliable in scheduling.

Top notch company across the board. Our project was started in the spring of 2016-got off to a slow start as a result of what seemed like never ending rain, however the finished product was worth the wait. All service requests-both warranty and non-have been dealt with in a more than timely manner. No complaints!

We had our pool installed in 2008 and it has been outstanding. Not only did they do a great job installing the pool, the service is even better. No matter the issue, they take care of it professionally and are fairly priced. If we ever moved and I were thinking of putting in a pool, there would be no other pool company I'd consider. They are pros and do a great job. Would highly recommend them.
