Dunkin'

I have been going to this Dunkin for around 3 years now, almost everyday. I have NOTHING bad to say about them. They work hard, and as quick as they can. The workers bust their behinds off. I have become very close with some of the employees and love to get to see them everyday. I always feel like I’m cheating if I get coffee from a different Dunkin or coffee shop. Hands down my favorite place to be!!! Always clean and warm ! They all deserve a raise for the amount of work they put in!!!!! I will continue to go here !

Also want to add, Christina is my girl!!!! She is always so bubbly and welcoming. Even at 5 in the morning, more power to her!!!! She’s the best !! Keep up the great attitude and work ethic Christina! YOURE AMAZING!

Absolutely love this location! I am there literally every day, multiple times a day! I don't even have to say my order they just know it! Everyone there is amazing, however, Christina is absolutely AMAZING! She is the kindest most hard working woman. She knows her customers & she knows how to keep everyone happy. That is not an easy task I know!
There are 2 other Dunkin locations that would be easier or quicker for me to run by however I will always drive the few extra minutes every day in order to go to this location.

This is the closest Dunkin’ for my drive to work. It’s become my go-to Dunkin’ for many reasons. It’s always consistent in my coffee order and the wraps that I enjoy! A bright spot in the day is seeing Christina in the mornings! She is always prompt on seeing me walk in, and knowing to have my mobile order ready. I’ve seen her interact with other customers & can tell she truly enjoys her people. She’s great at her job & her smiling face is a good way to start the day. This location has my business!

I placed two mobile orders at this location which I had call to cancel bc I chose the wrong location. The manager was quick to offer solutions, she said I could either get a full refund from corporate or credits at this location. At the thought of having to explain the credits and it turning into a hassle I chose a full refund, but the manager stated she’d still give me store credit in case I changed my mind. I ended up going back three times to spend the credits and each time the staff was helpful, understanding and provided fast service without it turning into a hassle. I am very satisfied with my experience here.

The service and quality is amazing and visiting is a highlight of my weekends. Not only do I get consistently good coffee, but the team has made a point to recognize me and call me by name every time I visit. I won't go anywhere else for my coffee if I can help it.

Christina is AMAZING! I’ve observed her mention multiple customers by their first name, making our experience feel that much more interpersonal and meaningful! I drive a little out of my way just to go to this location because of her. She is by far the most detailed, attentive worker there!! Fantastic employee, shout out to you Christina, you’re a rockstar!😁

Christina always goes above and beyond to make sure my orders are correct and does it with a smile that’s infectious.

I do mobile pickup on the way to work. My order is always ready and done right upon arrival the staff are friendly and greet me everytime I walking regardless of how busy they are.

Kristina is the absolute best at dunkin, my dogs know her face and get excited about their pup cups and I know my drink is going to be absolutely perfect. I live right next to the other dunkin in Erlanger and go out of my way to visit this location for the friendliness and perfection they always provide.

I love this place! I come here before school all the time and Christine is always super helpful making sure i’m in and out of there quick! She’s awesome!

This location is my favorite! I do not go every morning, yet when I do, they remember my name. Christina is extremely friendly, along with the other morning workers.

The only amazing thing their is Christina she is amazing the man and the his wife are rude as hell refuse to give receipts they always make the drinks wrong

Most definitely the best part of coming to this location is that. 99% of the Time.... even after your First Time There... maybe your Second time they...They just ask if you're wanting "Your Regular" order and They are on it and Make it Right.... Just Like I Love My Frozen Coffee!!! Then if you do the App and Order in Advance... They have it Ready for Drive Thew or Walk In for Pick Up!!?. They Rock ☕ 🍩 🥐🥞🥓🧀🥚🧀

First visit to this location. Staff was very pleasant. Donuts fresh and my hot tea was immediately hand made by the cup. I will be returning!

This my go-to when I'm on this side of town! Definitely awesome employee's super nice and got my order quickly. I don't do anything fancy, just coffee they still treat me like a fancy coffee person! Thank you, morning team, for greeting me with a smile! Great job!

They were really busy, but the line moved well. Got everything we asked for. They even put tags on the drinks so we knew which is which. They decorated for Halloween and trolled Tim Horton's in their display. That's savage. This location was a Tim Horton's for a short time. #RIPTimHortons.
