They responded same day on a furnace shutting off intermittently. They diagnosed issue and had me up and running within an hour. I also use them for annual checkups. I never feel like they're trying to oversell me

Boucher's installed our HVAC system 20+ years ago and it's still running strong. The Service Technician is very polite and knowledgeable. They are very responsive.

We have made several calls to this company for the past 5 weeks to get a gas line hooked up. When they answer, they tell us they will get back to us to get it scheduled, but never do. Now it appears they won't even answer our calls. Horrible customer service!
