I seriously wish I convince y’all on how amazing this place is. Brandi, the manager there went above for my kiddos and I. We spent about three hours in there after I threw a ton of changes I needed to make to our account in her lap. She was kind smart and worked harder than she had to for us. She even wished my daughter a happy birthday. Not a lot of great people left in this world, but I truly enjoyed meeting Brandi today, and all her help.

My first contact, Elexis, was very friendly and efficient. She explained all my options very well. Because my phone had to be ordered, I had to come back, and that time, I dealt with Makaylee. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole 1 hr.+ that we were there. My only complaint is that these girls sometimes have to work completely alone. That is dangerous for them. Please consider at least putting in a remote electronic door lock.

If I could give unlimited amount of stars I would ! We loved Brandi, she was so helpful & funny…it felt like talking to an old friend ! I highly recommend going here :)

Elexis was from moment we arrived very friendly, focused on our needs and very competent.
She evaluated my mobile device and determined the best iPhone for me. She could not have been more helpful, patience and kind. She gave me her card and told me to call if I had any questions. I will gladly recommend this store to my friends and family.

Elexis and Brandi were amazing they worked so hard to solve my problem and to find me the best deals and promotions. I was angry when I came in but left happy and satisfied! Will only come here definitely recommend. They deserve a raise !

Verizon gets service from Texas to Florida, and California...I would NOT go anywhere else PERIOD

Elexis was amazing she helped me with my request in minutes unlike AT&T I’m glad I switched to Verizon. Elexis was very nice and helped me with everything I needed she was so good I gave her a tip, she definitely needs a raise.

Makaylee was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable. Been in here a few times and the girls here are always helpful and funny. Make getting a new phone fun. Keep up the great work!

Came in tired and fatigue from work. It was close to closing time and I felt bad but I needed to escape evil At&t. So I went in and at first (making assumptions) thought that the employee Elexis wasn't gonna be friendly but boy was I wrong. She was very friendly, very helpful, and very patient with me. Didn't rush me, answered all my dumb questions, was very professional, she knew her job very well. Was very quick even tho my situation was difficult she still went above and beyond to help me out and she was also very easy to talk to. Verizon is lucky to have such an amazing employee like her, cause lets be honest hard workers that are kind are very rare nowadays. Definitely a permanent customer from here on out. So I highly recommend yall to switch carriers and go to Verizon and if you're lucky Elexis will be the one to help yall out.

Brandi was extremely helpful, very informative and professional. She was able to fix problems and then explained things to us in away we could understand. Very enjoyable experience.

All these reviews and it’s certainly the truth! Brandi made this trip to the phone store feel more like hanging out with a friend than a chore. She and her associate were wonderful to work with and really went the extra mile to take care of us. We are now happy new Verizon customers and can say this was the best experience in dealing with our phones. AT&T tends to make things really complicated and that was not the case here. Thanks y’all! Iam78. I have been in this store to get assistance in aid with my phone. I was here one day when she had a elderly lady who was almost in TEARS. Brandi spent already 2 hours trying to aid the lady, her grandson had set up the phone to refuse her access. The sweet lady went home and came back from lunch. I walked in, Brandi between calls to the next person, she helped me , and continued to work for the lady. I understand it was nearly 4 hours to restore the phone. You are fortunate to have an employee who cares for your customers.

The girls working during my visit were very friendly and helpful. I think their names were Brandi and Alexis. They made my shopping experience easy and affordable! Thank you!!

Brandi and Brenden were great to work with...have been going here for years and Brandi has always been so welcoming...like family...Brenden doing great in his learning! Very professional both of them and solved my phone issue!

Brandy is THE BEST & MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP we have come across in our 20 years of cell phone use. Her boss needs to give her a raise and keep her happy so she will always work there

I visited this store last week to start up a new phone service. I dealt with Brandi who was exceptional!!!! She went above and beyond what she had to do to get me service!! My case was difficult bc i had just deactivated my service exactly one month earlier and that made things extremely difficult to figure out. But Brandi refused to give up on how to figure out exactly how to handle my unique situation!!! She even stayed on the case for over an hour and a half after closing just to try and get help from Core to figure it out but was given the run around by up to 4 different Core agents, i know this bc i set right beside her and heard all the differnet, conflicting info she was given! I can not express enough that my case was a difficult one that they had never dealt with before!!! I just want Brandi, her Boss and the whole verizon team to know what an exceitional hard working and determined employee they have in Brandi!!! She multitasked and made several sales and helped other customers with trouble shooting problems the whole time she was helping me!!!! I just wanted to say thank you to Brandi and for her to be acknowledged as a superior employee!!
