The guy in this store is awesome. I ordered a phone online and got sent the wrong sim card and was getting the run around from the people on the 1800 number. This guy helped me when he didn't have to. Thank you so much!

James at Metro on Henderson was super nice & very patient with me & the problems with my phone... He wasn't rude or in a rush to get me out of the door... I recommend anyone if you're in area & have metro go see him, again his name is James

Employees were very good at explaining all the features of my new phone and answered all my questions. Even though they were a person short, the manager did a great job of juggling customers and helping them with whatever was needed. Good place to look into a new phone or plan.

Sammy was A great customer service representative. Who was the only one that was able to put a screen protector on with no bubbles after. Would highly recommend his services.

I wish I knew how this place gets a bad reviews. I have been coming here since my girl moved here from Burleson. I never came here before because the staff was rude and never wanted to help. But now that this new manager came she has gotten a crew that helps with everything you need.
