Hazel's Drive In

This is a cute little diner. It doesn’t hold a lot of people. I heard rumors of the size of burgers but no one could have prepared me for the 2.4 lb Willy burger. It was delicious and It did its job and filled our bellies!

We will be back to try other meals.

As a person who is a foodie and a big eater. Even I was challenged to this daunting task - seeing my boyfriend finish this burger called the Willy determined me to smash this giant. It seems to be about 4.5 times the size of a decent burger.
Flavorful despite the burger patty seeming thin.
Order this with a butterscotch shake or a sprite and a palate cleanser/ refresher and hunker down.

Ask for extra salt for the fries. They were a little lacking but when you’re consuming that much in one go the fries truely were just something for my mind to not go “I’ve never had so much burger in my life”

If I lived closer I’d do it all over again - no regrets.

Great location. Restaurant is very clean. Very old restaurant. Very famous in town. They have very small sitting in side the restaurant. Their food is very great quality. They have one burger very big, look like that is for two people. Their price is so low. I tried twice great experience. Both time was full. Restaurant open seven days. Monday to Saturday 11am to 7 pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm. Definitely I recommend, you should try at lest one time. They have their own parking.

Great burger! I got the Willy because it was recommended. It was much larger than I thought. I barely ate half and I can smash some food! Cajun fries and a green river soda for the win.

Been going here for over 30 years love it everytime. It has been part of my family experience with my kids and we will never forget.

Went there last month. We went right after kayaking for a few hours on the delta and were pretty hungry. I've had Hazel's before but never ordered the Willie burger. Me and my husband shared one and it was enough to share with 2 other people. It was really a really good burger, exceeded expectations. I want to note how good the customer service is. Since we were kayaking I didn't bring my wallet with me and totally forgot until after I ordered. So my husband went home to get it (we live like a minute away) They were cool with it and even let me have our drink while I waited. While I was there, I overheard another costumer stating that the cheesesteak sandwich was the best he's had in years only second to that place in Philly that was one of the original cheese steak places so there you have it. I'll say it one more time....If you haven't had Hazel's, get it. It is an institution of Antioch.

Finished a hike and went to Hazel's for a Willie Burger (XL cheeseburger) and the Fran Fries (Jalapeno Cheesesteak fries) - biggest burger and BEST Cheese fries by far (seriously, each fry was covered in cheese sauce). Great malted shakes and amazing prices (all this for less than $20).

Good ole fashioned burger stop with other sandwiches and fried goodies. Definitely recommend if you're in or nearby Antioch.

Delicious, fast friendly service, fresh hot food. I try and eat here at least once a week. Banana shakes are another level. Always have to have one.

Nice old style hamburger shop set up on a 50's scene. Reasonable prices and great food. Beware of the Willy hamburger! It's the largest hamburger I have ever seen, about 6 or 7 inches across! The people at the counter were friendly and the service was fast. Place is not well located but don't miss the opportunity to try their food.

This place is great and has gotten better than I remember. Mostly since old owner is gone. The old owner took the orginal decor with her which is the only down side to its missing the old school lunch box's records ect. The Cooks and waitresses and food remain Great tho!

My god this burger is delicious. Double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $12. Doesn’t get much better than that. Love the classic feel to the spot as well.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. Best dang hamburger joint from Reno Nevada to San Franscisco My brother loves the Willy burger it is a 1 lb cheeseburger my favorite is the Hazel burger and the handmade milkshakes. Ive come here, once a year for the last 17 years.(2006) When I heard of Antioch’s Famous Willy Burger. Came today Aug.25,2023. Wonderful! Burgers still taste great since I fist tried in 2006. Continues mostly the same. Establishments will
Change over time. Will continue to come here. I hope this place never closes in my life time. My girls loved it.

I love Hazels the food quality and price beats McDonald’s any day. Not to mention the service always pleasant
