Visited here to upgrade my phone after finding horrific wait times at Verizon's company store nearby. I was fortunate enough to deal with Henry Foss, who was filling in from another store in the area. Henry was knowledgeable, sincere in explaining the various options and costs and helpful...a rare A+++ in the often frustrating world of cell phone stores. Congratulations on having Henry on staff, he's an employee to be proud of.

Had a great experience at this derby Verizon store. The store manager was very knowledgeable, personal and very professional. I will only do business with this store. I could not have asked for such great service that I received from this store.

Stopped in today not to make a purchase, but with questions.
There was an elderly gentleman being assisted by a store representative, who I later found out has the name of Nos.
I watched Nos as he took his time to kindly walk this elderly patron through figuring out his flip phone. He was patient and gentle and everything a person should be. It was no surprise to me that when it became my turn, I received the exact same kind of attention. When I commented to him on his kindness he said, “No problem. I know how it is when you need help finding answers to something and can’t get them.”
Ladies and gentlemen and zees and theys, this is exactly how people should be with one another. I’d say exemplary employee, but truly, exemplary person.
The store was immaculate, the place was well-stocked, but I’d come back for Nos.
Oh, but turn the music down, please.

Great customer service. I’m from out of town and came in after accidentally smashing my phone screen. They had me hooked up and out the door with another phone in no time. They had a new model I wanted in stock and took care of everything for me with ease. Denzel was very helpful! Thank you!

Upgraded my phone as well as my wife's phone. Bethany was beyond helpful and ended up saving us a bunch of money monthly with our plans while getting us exactly what we needed. She only works at this location on Tuesdays so make sure to go on a Tuesday for the best possible customer service.

Bethany was so helpful with upgrading my Samsung phone!! She made the process so easy and was very informative. Definitely recommend her as a sales rep! Honest, communicative, and very passionate about her job.

This Verizon is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. Flamur especially went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and made sure my problem was resolved before I left. I always come here and will continue to come to this location only.

My sales rep was Flamur Zulali at the Verizon Derby, CT store. Not only did he answer every question I had, he was extremely quick at changing over our phones. Very friendly and quick service. Highly highly recommend !!!!!!
