I needed some border stone for a garden wall and found the perfect ones at Derby Lowes. I was offered help to load the blocks and mulch and I greatly appreciated it since it was a lot of work. I ended up needing more and drove back later that day and the girl at the garden checkout was kind enough to help me again. I was very happy with her helping me and very grateful!

I went into my Lowe’s today and a gentleman named Paulie helped me out the minute I walked into the place. I was there to get my propane tanks filled as my husband and I do a lot. He had to ask a women named Jennifer to come out side to unlock the cabinet. They both were so helpful and understanding that one of the tanks I was returning was still full and did not work. So, they thought it was only fare that I should get back my cost for one of them.
They are both in the right line of work dealing on a daily bases with the public. That can be such a tuff job in its self. They really should be rewarded for their actions of being helpful, courteous and understanding peoples needs .

On another note:
The customer service desk the people working there are very argumentative and sometimes mean not just with customers but other employees. I get it public can sometimes be awful but, not everyone.
I love my Lowe’s over the other store. lol

Lowe’s is absolutely fabulous!!! There staff is helpful and nice. They take time to explain things to you if you don’t understand. Their products are of the highest quality and plenty of parking and handicap parking. They follow recent health guidelines and never once had a negative experience. Highly recommended A++++++++++++

Ordered on line , Great Experience they will email you when your item is ready. You can pick up your order inside in a secure locked box. You can scan your bar code or put your code in there, They give you Both !

Clean and organized Lowe’s, the staff is very pleasant and always smiling , the manager personally helped me with some solar energy lighting and I appreciated the one on one. I noticed some excellent sales going on which made me walk out with more than I wanted.

I noticed the Patriotic flags when I walked in and was proud as a veteran to shop there. 🇺🇸

The Derby location has an awesome helpful staff in each dept. Always willing to go above the call every time I buy merchandise

Aisles not cluttered, easy to find what you are looking for, especially with the knowledgeable staff.

I had ordered a lawn tractor and snow blower attachment online on May 11th. I set up a delivery date of June 28th. When my delivery arrived it was less than satisfactory. The lawn tractor was damaged and the snowblower attachment was not there. Thanks to John Light, Kim and Andrew the issue was quickly resolved and my NEW lawn tractor was delivered the following week. The snowblower attachment was delivered by John Light himself , in his personal vehicle. (Amazing!) After about a week of ownership I noticed a noise from the tractor(it was probably there from day one, but I didnt notice it) I called the store and spoke with Manager Andrew. He suggested that he come to my house after his shift to listen to the noise( this also blew me away!)since he was familiar with tractors and small engine vehicles. Andrew came after his shift as promised and put my mind at ease. The noise was normal for the hydrostatic transmission.

The service I received at Derby Lowes, Connecticut was way above my expectations.

Spring is in the air at Lowe's, no counting or waiting to get in! Not letting the Rona slow us down, it's nice shopping like its last year still 😂

This review is for Paul who works in the cabinet department. He spent over 3 hours with us working out the layout and cost for our kitchen cabinets. He had ideas that we hadn't thought of and presented options where we could save money. It really was so helpful to understand all the components and see the renderings in real time. Picked up some bathroom items for our new house and Barbara was so helpful & kind. It was not her department but she went above and beyond to help us out. Also, let us see the product before purchasing to ensure no damage!

If you haven't been to Lowes in ahile, your doing yourself an injustice. I was a die hard home depot guy, but Lowe's really stepped their game up. For hand tools, they're a light-year ahead of HD. Great sales lately too

I worked with Steve today in the cabinet department, and let me tell you, this young man is incredibly talented and very, very helpful! Give that Man a raise because he is worth it and a great asset to Lowe's!

I don’t live near this Lowe’s but I sometimes drive out to this one as they have a different and sometimes better selection these the local orange box store. Prices are comparable to HD (though sometimes a bit higher) but the products they cover aren’t the same. Nice change from HD.

Dave took exceptional time to help my daughter purchase a refrigerator. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Dave is a very kind gentleman and grest asset to your company.We thank him and Lowe's for employing Dave

I recently went into Lowes looking for a window AC with zero knowledge about Air conditioners. A women by the name of T. Helped me every step of the way and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. She was so sweet and so helpful I can't thank her enough. She really went above and beyond for me. That women deserves a raise.

Like shopping here compared to the other big box hardware store. Well lit, all the aisles are neat and marked with what they have. Everything is stocked and faced nicely. Very clean and sanitized facility. I feel the items here are a little better quality than big orange. Friendly staff and enty of open registers.

Called and spoke to Tony in the garden dept. to ask if an item was in stock which it was. Asked him to hold the item as I would be there shortly. When I arrived Tony already had my item pulled and it was on a cart waiting for me. He and another employee then loaded the heavy item into my truck. Tony was an example of great customer service, thank you! Ask for Tony!
