Panera Bread

It was a busy Friday night. They were out of items and everyone was stressed. However, the employees all worked as a team. There was clear communication and the employees were flexible helping where needed. The manager was running food to cars waiting outside, taking orders, and whatever else he could do to help. That is leadership! Keep up the great work everyone!

The cashier was AWESOME, I didn't catch his name but loved him, what a great personality! But once I ordered & went over to the pick up area it turned into some nonsense lol I only wanted a piece of cheese on my 1/2 turkey sandwich & although the cashier added it to my order he forgot to charge me. The food prep girl said I can pay her the $1.29 if I want the SLICE of cheese added. Then another worker person comes up backing her up saying yeah because they're really not allowed to add anything to duet orders (soup/sandwich). I was like $1 for a 1/2 piece of cheese? She was like yeah I gotta charge you, he didn't charge you. All I had was my debit and credit cards and I was not swiping for $1.29 cheese lol there shouldn't have been any fuss over one slice of cheese. If it were me behind that counter I literally would've just thrown it on my little 1/2 sandwich because 1 -its not that serious 2 - it should be a crime to charge ppl that much for ONE slice of cheese 3- a customer satisfaction move would've meant more in that moment. Its not that crucial but I won't be going back to this location just on principle. I'm all set.

Was there with my adult daughter and my wife. We placed our orders. I had a cob salad. My daughter and wife had sandwiches with turkey. Food was delish. Great food good size salad and a great cup of coffee. Have been to Paneras many times. Always pleased.

The manager on duty was excellent. Kept the workers in check without being too overbearing and genuinely cared about the costumers. Resolved a few minor issues and kept his cool at all times. Our breakfast order came out quickly and without any issues. Employees gave good costumer service and kept the place clean.

I come here just about as much if not more than Starbucks for my Passion Papaya Green Tea however today I was wanting to try a new flavor and they tried to read me a list of options but nothing convinced me so I ordered my usual drink and when I was at the window I was greeted by Zack (hope I heard that correctly) he was so awesome he ended up letting me taste 3 of their charged lemonades & woah were they good 😍 I’m so happy when people like Zack go above and beyond for customers and that’s what reviews should be about as well. Thankyou Zack for making my trip worth it! I’ll see you sooner than later !

I order from this location all the time. The food is always yummy & fresh. The staff is amazing. They have excellent customer service. Their manager is awesome as well. They accidentally forgot something in my order and they made up for it 100%. They upgraded my 1/2 sandwich to a full and gave me a box of goodies. Any time I ever had an issue with my order, they always make sure to do something and make me happy. Definitely one of the best locations by far. Panera food is always good but when they have an awesome staff, that makes the experience all that much better. Thank you so much for everything!

I have just been disrespected by your staff (manger name Marcus Moassu came into the store it was not busy I was one person ahead of me the manager did not problem solve my issue he added on to the problem he was very aggressive and disrespectful I'm conversating with someone else he was interjecting in my conversation repeatedly told he wasn't being spoken to and consistently I will be going to social media about this and making sure sells the police because of your manager

Panera is generally a reliable place to get a quick meal. We weren't thrilled that the cost of a bacon, egg and cheddar was, with coffee, 25% more expensive than our local bagel shops in Danbury and Brookfield, CT

Really nice place with lots of areas to eat, be comfortable or just relax. Very nice staff interactions and getting everything together went quick and easy. Clean for the most part. My meal was good very tasty. Overall had a good time, good meal and good staff

I order all the time from this location and occasionally others but this is my main place because they always have the right amount of Horseradish on these Steak & White Cheddar sandwiches - they have a secret, a special sauce and I just wish you would allow me to request more or sides of the prized"Horseradish". I'd vote this location for BEST PANERA BREAD OF 2022.

After not receiving my order from door Dash, the girl over the phone was very sweet and accommodating. They sent someone else out with my order and even included some cookies and chips. Thank you for great service.

Haven't had any bad experiences. Inside creates a warm, cozy, casual atmosphere. Food was served warm and fresh and they have my favorite, broccoli and cheddar soup. Don't think I like it as much anywhere else, lol. Recently ordered delivery to my workplace and it was surprisingly quick! Maybe my order was small and simple enough but I was still impressed. Came at least 10-15 minutes earlier than expected instead of a full 30-40 minutes. :) I was a happy girl.

I contacted Panera for a breakfast symphony basket and Suzy went above and beyond! The price was excellent for an array of bagels and breakfast pastries which included all the fixings! She chose beautiful baskets and a beautiful card for my family. Delivered the basket with Care and even sent me pictures of her creation. She made this tough time extra special and with ease to my family. I would definitely recommend Panera. Not quite sure if this is a regular service they provide but she made it happen with ease! I got my coffee there every morning before work and see the same employees every day and they’re always so nice to me. Great customer service!

Although quite Pricey, the do have the best breads, outside of a TRUE bakery. Plus the have REALLY good food and soups. And me being a tea drinker, I really appreciate the fact that they have many different teas and some are even loose. And the sweets are fantastic
This is not a place where I frequent, because of the cost, but it's definitely a place to go to treat yourself

Truly love this place, some times I come alone to feel at peace. Their soups and flat breads are amazing, the customer service is great and very friendly. I love to go and enjoy my meal, read a book and not be bothered. Truly a nice place

Fabulous service and fabulous food! Great combination! AND when they DID make a mistake on an order in the past, they sent me coupons for free food. I love a company who stand behind their product and staff.

I love their Mediterranean veggie sandwich. The bread is a little sweet though. Their rewards program is a bit lame. I get the sandwich about every 3 or 4 days and all I get once in awhile is a dollar off something

Been going to Panera for years. Has always been consistent. Service here was excellent and food was fresh and prepared quickly. A great place for lunch , breakfast, or just a quick snack if your on the go . The new roast turkey with avacado is outstanding.
