The woman that assisted me with my passport was so sweet omg. I should've asked her for her name. She made the process so easy and explained everything to me so thoroughly. I really appreciate that experience because people are so mean now. I don't know if it's post pandemic behavior or what. Thank you so much for your help and providing me with such a pleasant experience. I have to go back to get my children's passports done. When I do, I'll get her name and edit my review.

They have 2-3 counters. The staff is friendly and very sweet. Ample parking space available.

Stuff in this location much nicer than other USPSs I have been to for example stamford. Though I lost two packages through this USPS, my buyers said they never received the package, despite that I shipped them right away. Fortunately these were not too valuable. Although they couldn’t reverse the lost, they tried their best looking for the package and followed through. I hope they can keep up the good work thank you!

Over 3 years I used their services for envelopes.. stamps.. money orders .etc . So I have standing in my review.. today I was greeted when I walked in.. and I recognized the same guys.. office area clean and organized.. I just needed a stamped envelope. Outside area clean.. yes a 5 star . Thanks guys..😀😎

I bought a stamped envelope and asked how to mail a T-Shirt out to my brother in Oklahoma. It didnt need to get there fast. I just wanted to get insurance on it and find the most inexpensive way to send it. I was helped by both employees and it didnt cost me but a couple of bucks to send it out with insurance. I was very pleased and thankful for the great employees.

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. They have a short wait period but you can always get what you need done at this location

Staff is always friendly. Gentleman that is normally at the counter in the morning is very helpful. Parking lot can be a little sketchy. People seems to have a hard time pulling in and out.

Tommy is great and I can tell enjoys his job, he makes the experience great ! When I first went the clerk who was originally taking care of me was very rude and I can tell lazy because he was kinda complaining about having to give me a receipt for all my packages , I’m a young business owner I need these receipts for tax reasons and do ship out a lot of problems so I can see the frustration having to go through all these packages but at the end of the day I’m paying for this and it’s your job to do so.

Service is great BUT apparently some workers don't care enough about the customers to wear a mask properly (or at all).

Way too understaffed. During busy times of the day (like the lunch hour) there should be two people there helping customers. Or, have a separate appointment-only rep to see for Passport docs, which I've personally witness take over 15 minutes, to the detriment of everybody else in line waiting to ship out a package. Or, here's an idea, give me a darn area to drop off my packages. It's got a label on it, paid for and ready to go. Why do I need to hand it to somebody? This isn't the pony express...

Workers are nice but they need more people at the desk. Lines are way to long.
