NE iPhone Repair

Sometimes things happen when we lease expect them. Sometimes when it’s rather inconvenient. Thankfully, I remembered the local mobile phone repair shop after a very unfortunate event with my trusty old iPhone.

I had debated just going to my service provider and upgrading my phone but decided I’d check out repair options first. It was my first time visiting New England iPhone Repair. I walked in the door without an appointment and was promptly greeted by Nick and made to feel that my problems might be solved.

And they were; professionally, skillfully, affordably and quickly. Nick was very friendly, accommodating, informative and set my mind at ease In my decision to hold off upgrading at this time. Thank you NE iPhone Repair for quickly getting me back up and running. There’s still some life left in this old phone. We’ve been through a lot together.

Pricing and communication is wonderful. I’ve sold phones here and gotten a decent penny for them. I’ve also purchased devices here that were in perfect and reliable. Definitely recommend them.

Walked in with a blacked out iPhone 13 screen and he was able to replace it within 30 minutes for a fantastic price! Really great guy and even better job, would definitely recommend!

Today I walked in with my Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G, which "seemed" to be working but my screen was black. I tried a few YouTube suggestions to no avail. After reading the Google reviews I decided to bring my phone in and met the gregarious Nick. What a treat to work with someone so into what he does! I am writing the review on said phone and could not be happier with the service Nick provided. I didn't really want to purchase a new phone at this point and this solution was not cheap but sure saved me a ton of money over buying a new phone. For me it was worth every cent. Thanks Nick! 👍

Nick has been fantastic! My mother has been dealing with issues with her old android phone for quite some time, which Nick/NE iPhone Repair consistently helped with. Most recently, Nick replaced the broken glass. Regardless, I was still able to convince my mother to switch to an iPhone. Nick did not try to up sell; understood what the phone is used for and provided several reasonable priced solutions. As well as offering a credit for the recent phone repair. Nick efficiently transferred the data from the android to the iPhone. My mother, never having used an iPhone, proceeded to ask basic questions. I said I’d get her started, Nick didn’t need to do basic training. But Nick chimed right in and said that’s what he’s there for. If she has any questions on how to operate the phone and I was too busy, for my mother not to hesitate to call him or come on down. Said to even start a list and come down with it to go through. Nick is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He does quality work on the phones he services and can make recommendations based off of his device knowledge, parts availability and quality of replacement or OEM parts.

Devastated when my 2 Kyocera MilSpec phones stopped charging, and after hearing their replacement price from my cellphone company, it was suggested that I drop by NE iphone repair. Nick couldn't repair my existing phones as the motherboards were damaged (by life in the field), but he did find me 2 beautiful, functioning used phones of the same make and model, transferred all info over, and did it ALL for less than the price of one phone! Nick is a top-notch tech, straight forward, and should be your first stop if you need repair, regardless of phone brand!

Knowledgeable, friendly, excellent customer service. Replaced my sons broken iPhone screen and was able to get us to a point where we didn't need to restore the phone because of so many failed attempts to unlock it.....all this in about 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price! Will always recommend this place to anyone needing phone repair!!
