I've been coming to see these guys for a little over a year now. Always a pleasure to see. Bob has helped me in a jam on more then one occasion. I also always appreciate how through Mark is when he looks over my car. It's a good feeling knowing what's going on with your car, good or bad. It's nice to see an honest and up front repair service! Thank you guys.

Bradley, Joseph and bob were awesome. We were on a long drive from Sarasota Florida to Buffalo New York and ended up with a screw in our tire and these guys were able to get me in and out fast and efficiently. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them as I prepared for my 20 Hour Dr. back to Florida thanks guys and much appreciated for the great work.

I unfortunately had an issuer where I needed a new tires and I delt with a very professional gentleman named brad and he was extremely helpful and made sure to explain everything very well, got me set with all new tires and had it done in amazing time, with protection plans, and everyone was super nice and cheerful. I would recommend anyone who needs tires an alignment or any work done on your car come here the service is outstanding.

I just wanted to give a giant kudos to Norm at the camp road Hamburg NY location for taking care of my RV for new tires. I was more than impressed with his knowledge and customer service skills throughout the process. The most attentive, friendliest and honest about tires and service!!! Norm was very down to earth, honest and very concerned about the tires I close. I applaud someone who tries to talk me out of spending more on what I needed in a tire but when I expressed to him where I live where roads don't get plowed and needed an aggressive tire, he was still hesitant. I insisted and he got the tires in that night. I have to say, I love the grip on them, even though they are typical for a jeep wrangler, I put them on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, they are sweet and quite griping. I highly recommend!!

These guys are awesome. Really came through for me big time, when i had a rather large hole in my tire. I couldnt afford to buy a new tire at the time, and they still took the time to fix my tire right away and get me back on the road. Free of charge. They definitely have a new customer in me. Friendly and professional, 5 stars.

Norm was so very nice to take a look at my daughters Honda CRV. We were on our way from Maine to Ohio, just having had some work done on the lower control arms, ball joint, etc to the tune of $1125 in Maine. Just as we arrived in Hamburg, the front end started making a clunking noise. Just to give me piece of mind, he took a quick look at it, found a loose nut on the end of the sway bar. Just tightening that one nut, solved my problem. Thank you Norm!!!!

I had hit a massive pothole towing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Spotted this Goodyear service across from camping world. Purchased a 3 year alignment for $195 and was on the road in four hours. Treated better here than my Hometown Goodyear center.

Awesome shop, took my car in right away. They were busy to. I will recommend this Goodyear to everyone.

We were driving cross country with young children and had a flat due to a nail. Goodyear got us in quickly despite other work they needed to do and got us back in the road quickly, at reasonable cost.

These guys are good at what they do. I highly recommend them. Bob is an excellent owner and takes care of the customer.

Goodyear does the oil change on all my vehicles. I never have a problem with making an appointment to get a vehicle in, and they have me back on the road asap.
