I purchased a new home with Ameri-Star Homes in November 2023. Fast forward, I received the keys today! Construction is final and the process has been seamless from start to finish. The team onsite and offsite have been such a pleasure to work with and so accommodating!! Thank you!

I bought my home from people who had it built, and Dan from Ameri-star was very helpful in getting an issue (that is common of new homes) fixed for me and he probably could have had me pay for it but he took care of it! Great service, and highly recommend these folks. The homes are pretty good too ;).

We recently took delivery of our house that Ameristar built on our existing lot. They completed our house a month early and under budget!! I am especially pleased with the quality of the construction and the responsiveness of the entire team from demolition of our old home through delivery was excellent. We originally were going to try and do a major renovation on our small older home and came to the realization that we could build a new home for similar cost and have an entirely new product built like we wanted it. Recommend highly!

Buy home from Ameri-Star one year ago, awesome job on the home. John got me through very good on request. After settlement home still need some touch up and Joe make it so easy job well done. And they did awesome job for one year service this month. My house look brand new again.
