I depend on my computer to run my business. When I started having failures on my laptop, I knew I needed to upgrade to a higher-end desktop solution. They asked questions about what I needed to do on my computer and the softwareand helped me find one that was the Goldilocks of PCs, not too big and not too small. While I was waiting for my PC to be boxed up in the store, I overheard a customer at the counter troubleshooting their PC issues as that person left he said over his shoulder, "Sounds good, I appreciate working with you guys on this". I really appreciate technicians like Garrett who work with you and walk with you through the solution!

Tech came to take computer in for repair. Checked equipment. Diagnosed and fixed problem on the spot for minimum fee. Just returned from hospital to a downed computer. Needed functioning computer to keep in touch with medical team. Knowledgeable techs at computer repair kept me safe.

Dymin Systems is my to go to business for computer repair and support. At my last visit they sourced a battery for my older lap top and had it ready for installation in a very reasonable amount of time. The technician called and let me know I had some programs on the computer eating up my processing speed. I requested they be removed. No issue. I picked up the computer and it looks and runs like new. Great customer service at their sales counter!

Staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. Had trouble getting into my e-mail account and Kyle spent extra time problem-solving to recover it. Everything was done very promptly and I was kept informed every step along the way.

I was having problems with my MacBook Air that no one in N Iowa could fix or had any idea of how to fix it. I contacted Angela at Computer Repair and she told me that they would give it their best shot and if they couldn't fix it, I would not be charged. I shipped the computer to them and within 2 days of receiving it, I had an answer to my problem. They sent me a detailed invoice of what was needed and the price. Once I agreed to the fix, they went ahead and ordered the part and fixed it. Within a couple days after that, I had my computer back. All in all, they did a great job and I was happy with the repair and with the communication.

I brought my Dell notebook in for what I thought was a bad keyboard. They kindly made an initial attempt at cleaning connections in order to save me money and time. It turned out that a new keyboard was needed. Once the ordered part arrived, the techs had it installed for me the next day. They also had set me up to be able to use the notebook in the mean time by using an external keyboard. I was very pleased with the work and the friendly, helpful attitude of the techs and the receptionist! I would recommend this place. It's definitely the best I've found.

Took my niece's MacBook Air here because it quit connecting to the internet. They took the time to try and do a quick fix to save me the time and money to fix. When that didn't work they told me they would check it out and call me if parts needed to be ordered. Approx. 5 days later they called and said it was ready to be picked up. They had diagnosed that the Wi-Fi chip had gone bad, instead of ordering a new one they had a perfectly good used one in the shop and installed it. They did not charge for the part or have any added cost other than what I paid for the original diagnosis. We had called Apple at Jordan Creek and they had told us it would be $185 plus any additional parts and labor. Computer Repair of Des Moines saved us more than $150 when all said and done. I would definitely recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

I have a MacBook that had water spilled on it several years ago. It worked fine but would not charge the battery, it had to run on shore power. Apple wanted some ridiculous price close to ½ the cost of a new computer to send it in for repair. So, the computer was used only when plugged in. What a pain. Called Computer Repair of Des Moines and talked with Angela. She quoted a price over the phone for part and labor based on my description of the problem. When I took the computer in, I was given a website and number so I could check on the status online. I received a call from the technician the computer was fixed, just a corrosion problem, no parts required. He said he was only charging for the labor. I’m extremely happy and the computer works like new. They are very profession and did a great job. Thank You for the great service.

Excellent service and turnaround. Will definitely use and refer to others in the future when the need arises. They recently worked with me on a warranty claim to help me with an analysis documentation to submit to justify warranty coverage. Without their help I would not have been awarded full replacement value. They are great at what they do and always go out of their way to help a person’s needs. You won’t find a better service provider in Des Moines.

Had an old Mac Power PC used in conjunction with a custom made business billing program that quit functioning. These guys got me going again! Extremely grateful! Very friendly and reasonable business. Highly recommend!!!!

Took my laptop in mid-October to have the screen repaired because it had developed vertical lines in the display. Received a call about 4 days later to advise that they had determined that the screen could not be repaired, but would need to be replaced along with an estimate of what that would cost. Gave them the go ahead to fix. Replacement screen was ordered and replaced. Total time they had my laptop was approx. 2 weeks and all cost under $150. Would give them my business again.

I recently took my laptop in to upgrade my hard drive, and they told me it would take the better part of the day to complete the upgrade. Within 2 hours they called me back and it was ready! I will definitely do repeat business with Computer Repair Des Moines, and recommend to anyone looking for any type of computer related repairs or upgrades. Thanks guys.

It took a while for the keyboard needed for my laptop to come in, but I doubt that was their fault. The price was more than fair and my keyboard has had no issues since the repair! I own a 16" MacBook Pro and Apple wanted to charge me the cost of the laptop itself to repair the keyboard.

All team members at Computer Repair of Des Moines are welcoming and professional. They've successfully handled a broken AC jack on a laptop and a PC motherboard repair service for me. The turn around time is very quick and if there are delays, they proactively let you know. These guys know what they're doing and they don't waste any time getting the job done for a very fair price. One of their competitors kept changing their story on whether they'd be able to do "contactless" drop off / how long in advance I should call...whether I had to make an appointment or could walk in...and whether I'd have to leave my laptop with them for one day, three days, or a couple of weeks.

I decided it was way better to pay out of pocket, sight-unseen, for a new mac keyboard (failing butterfly keyboard) which involves replacing the entire top "face." I paid for the part in advance, drove in when it arrived in the store, and they replaced it in under two hours while I waited in the car. Super efficient, and the replacement keyboard works great.

The hard drive on my 2011 MacBook Pro was going out and I called around to find out who could repair it, when and how much. I've not had to have anything done to my laptop before, so didn't know where to start. When I called Computer Repair of Des Moines, an actual person answered right away, answered all my questions in a no pressure manner and told me exactly how much it would cost right up front, and when they could do it.

I took it in on a Monday, and they replaced the old hard drive with a SSD and had it done by Thursday, would have been sooner possibly they said, but had a couple other repairs ahead of mine. It was great to have it back the same week. They made sure before I left everything was exactly how I had it before, I was relieved and very happy to be able to go right back to work without having to set a bunch of things up again.

They even called on Wednesday and informed me that the real problem wasn't the hard drive but a connection, and that the old hard drive had some life left in it, if I wanted to wait to replace it, but had a lot of hours and was showing early signs of age and wear. I decided to have them go ahead and replace it since they had it and I live about an hour an half away from the city so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I really appreciated their honesty. They were very respectful and answered questions I had so I could understand. I will definitely be back with any future repair needs!
