I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek. Prior to the install a picture was sent to me to show me what it would look like after the install because I wanted to be sure it was hidden behind the bumper (other than the receiver). The final charge matched the quoted price and the work was completed in less than the amount of time estimated. When picking up my vehicle I was accompanied by an employee who went over the install with me.

Previous reviews said how unfriendly the staff is. I did not experience that.

I've had a couple of things done here and I've been happy both times. I got a used cap from them for a good price, and Timbrens for another truck. I know Timbrens are dead easy to install, but I'm at a point in life where I'm not going to crawl around under my vehicles unless I have to, and they were good about not overcharging me for the install.

Very honest hard working guys, taking pride at work. Will deal again and again! Highly recommend!

Always a good experience here. Had a warranty replacement from Westin. Both Westin and Cap & Hitch followed through and replaced my step bars without a problem. Install was excellent and my truck looks like new again.

They did a great job installing my blinker light hookup for my trailer. The prices seemed fair enough. They originally quoted me for an hour's worth of labor, which I happily agreed to, but then they honestly only charged me for the half hour it took them. Its nice to have honest people working on your stuff.

These guys are AWESOME. Frist; great service and a great price on a bed cover for my Ford F350 in Mar-2013. Good price and terrific service; great bunch of guys to deal with. Second; fast forward 3 years, and I am looking to place a warranty claim on the product, but I cannot find my original invoice. James at Cap & Hitch came through in a matter of minutes and emailed me a copy of my invoice. Like I said; I cannot say enough good about these guys. This purchase was not my first purchase from Cap & Hitch, and it certainly will not be my last.

They did a great job on the install. I had to go back for a correction but they solved the issue the manufacturer couldn't!

I've gotten a trailer hitch and a roof rack installed at different times. I made appointments both times and was taken right when I got there, no excess waiting. The work was done correctly and the price was fair. There is a customer waiting area.

They also install caps, lights-both running and roof lights, along with other similar accessories.

Had to order a Rhino Rack base kit for the rack. Very helpful, ordered what we needed.
Picked up the correct part today 7/15/20. Wish we ordered this whole kit from them to begin with. On line order from another company. Absolutely no help to get correct base. Rhino Rack was no help either. Thank you Cap & Hitch for getting the correct part.

I called this morning at 8:30am to get a pigtail installed for a small boat trailer. They were able to get me in this afternoon. I was there for about an hour and everything went well. Very happy with the service an product. Thank you again for getting me in this afternoon.
