Shay is very nice and professional. She treated like I was a valued person, the epitome of customer service. I don't come to Americus,GA often, but when I do I will come here to eat lunch. She should get 10 stars!

My sister and I did a mobile order for the BOGO footlong for my mother. We ordered it pick up and said it was ready and they were on time and had us ready to go. It was a fast and friendly service.

Staff: young man was pleasant and helpful.

Older woman was quite cold and almost robotic. Not very welcoming at all.

Food: was superb and made very quickly. Tasted very good.

Seating area: clean, organized and tidy. The floor is in the process of being replaced and busted down to the bare bones. Completed TBD.

Probably the best subway in town.

Amazing!!! Best subway I've been to. Cool new drinks, bread, and crab!! Very nice ladies on shift as well (around 8 pm). Customers friendly. Overall, great atmosphere and great food!!

The young lady serving me Sunday was patient, and so helpful in preparing the 4 footlong subs I needed.

The food is really good. There is not much to say about the experience other than it is an average one.

Always clean and staff is quick. Cookies are baked perfectly and delicious. Like that they have vitamin water on the soda machine.

Deffently have made a big improvement on themselves Deffently will be back.
