Hardee’s

This is one of the 4 fast food restaurants that I still support in Americus. The food is always good/fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service & there is never an extensive waiting period to receive my food.

Best place for breakfast in Americus. The biscuits are great but they have the BEST people that work this shift!! Hands down the best customer service experience. Brittany and Mario really made my day the last couple of times I've gone there! They are the best!!

I stopped here on the way to a morning trail, i enjoyed the country fried steak biscuit meal and added a side of white county gravey with an orange juice. The service was fast and very friendly. I will say be careful with scrapping your mirrors on the wall coming threw the drive thur, especially in a larger vehicle.

I rarely come in here but I decided to come in here today to get me a hot breakfast. When I came in Brittney Mable was the cashier. She was very sweet , kind , attentive and she answered all my questions and made sure I got what I wanted . She was running front counter and drive thru! Even when I come through drive thru she has a pleasant attitude and she makes me feel like I’m welcomed here! She’s a very hard worker with a beautiful spirit! Normally, I don’t come to Hardee’s for the food I mainly come for the customer service! Britney can be working under so much stress with frustration but you will never know it because she always have a smile on her face! When I want breakfast this is where I will come from here on out! People say their food is expensive but it’s actually worth the price you pay! You get a decent amount of food for less the price compared to other restaurants! Not to mention the food is HOT! Anyways, I’ve enjoyed my eat here and thank you Britney for making sure I had the best experience possible! Keep up the good work because I will for sure be back!

I must say that I received the best customer service at this Hardee’s today. Thanks to Brittany who took the time to go the extra mile by making sure my drive thru order was correct.

Lady with the pink hat was amazing! She was doing three people’s job in one. Food was hot and full to the top, quick, and so tasty!

Brittney the cashier was awesome she moved fast and was very nice and diligent with everyone we need more people like her in all restaurants thanks for the awesome service

Get the chicken tender. While they cook, drive to Dairy Queen and get their white gravy for dipping. So worth it.

Saturday Morning Manager isn't courteous,!

I love Hardee's early in the morning and the energy this morning was amazing with great, fast and effective customer service!. 😁

Apparently you didn't read my earlier review completely! The manager Angela at the Americus Hardee's is never courteous when she waits on customers inside. I had to ask for my sweet tea 3 times because she claimed I had it already. Then she threw our bag of food at my husband when it was ready!!

Whoever was on grill and sandwich tonight was bomb! I ordered the Frisco and not only was the presentation perfect the burger was delicious, and toasted to perfection as well! Thanks guess, y'all made my night cuz definitely needed that after the day I've had.

This place is not always busy. I received great customer service from the drive thru cashier. My food was fresh and I did not have to wait in line long.

I don't understand why the McDonald's next door had such a long line. The burgers were excellent, and the ladies were super. My wife went in for the restroom and the place was very clean. Thanks Hardee's crew! Oh, those fries were delicious too.

The new double sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was great. They did not have some supplies but that is understandable due to some supply shortages. The staff was nice and courteous.

They love all animals and treat them so well. We had to put our old boy to sleep and they were very compassionate. They made an unbearable task bearable

Great food. The staff was polite and helpful. Friendly atmosphere. Exceptionally clean restaurant and the ladies room was immaculately clean.will definitely eat there again. The food was excellent.

I recently moved to Americus . My internet hasn't been connected at my apartment yet . So I stop by to use there WiFi . I explained what l was doing . The manager offered me free water . Brought the cup to me . Never had that to happen to me without making a purchase .
