OMG! The staff were young and efficient. I didn't feel rushed to order. The food was still hot once I arrived home. All the food was neatly placed in the bag. I was so grateful for the neatness of the tacos. I dislike tacos with food coming inside my bag. I enjoyed ordering fast food with a fantastic experience.

This Taco Bell is one of the best. The people have great attitudes and make it right. If it's not right the first time, they don't give you a hard time about getting it right. They no longer have counter service but have two kiosks to place your order which is very easy to use and has larger font size for those who might need it. Still, they provide great customer service. Also, they have awesome brewed sweet tea (not coming out of the drink machine). Every time I have been here the condiment stand/area has been full and the trash taken out. The dining room has always been clean. The restroom was tidy when I have visited as well. For those interested, everything in the restroom is automatic.

Okay so to start this off I did a mobile order. They were out of what I order. And we couldn't cancel it. And the person I was ordering for was really picky and just wanted what I ordered so I couldn't change it for anything else. But the manager handled the situation amazingly. She was so sweet and professional. Everytime I go to taco bell it's usually around night. I have never had a problem with my food or the people there! And I always see how hard all the employees work to make sure everyone has what they need. They are truly amazing. I'm so thankful for the night shift there.

Best food in Americus.

Sophilia was incredibly pleasant, courteous, helpful, and accurate. She did not at any time act like we were a burden or a problem, she acted genuinely friendly which is hard to do in any fast food job. Great work, keep that girl!

Taco Bell is one of my favorites it speaks for itself I love the entire franchise

My sister and I ate lunch here after church, food was good, service was fast, and the place was cleaned.

Thank you Taco 🔔. My past three visits were excellent. Between 8 and 10pm dine in prepared my order with exceptional service, proportions, and temperature. My hard shell taco w/easy 🥬 hit the spot. Thank you🙂. When it's not done right, I verbally complain. Making this thank you out loud.

The staff seemed agitated like every other fast food joint the person taking my order always seems like they have a bad attitude and they dont want to be there. I just cringe knowing that people that work at fast foods places actually spit in people's food and do other nasty things to people's food for no reason

Employees were very pleasant this evening. My order was 100% correct. It tasted amazing(for Taco Bell) and the time from order to drive off was very swift. Fastest driver through in town it feels like.

Guac sour cream nacho cheese sauce and chips are delicious

Taco bell is one of my favorite places l, my food is always like i order and then the people that work there are very nice. The only thing I always order is the crunch wrap or the quesadilla and they are delicious. The only downside is when you go look in your bag and there is no more food 😣

The food and service are always excellent . We have a group of about 10 people. We got a bit noisy but they didn't seem to mind. We were celebrating my granddaughter's graduation. I eat here quite often when I am in Americus.

Ordered online for the first time. You can more easily customize your order and pick up is a breeze. You pull up tell them you have an online order and your name, they have you pull forward, and you've got your food and are on your way.

The young lady that was my cashier on the day i visited was very friendly and patient with me. The food was prepared quickly (had a large order) and was very good! The whole family loves eating here.

My order was correct and very tasty. Shout out to Sophie for her outstanding customer service! That’s hard to come by these days.

No Tacos at Breakfast Your Kidding me.
They Really Need to go back to Tacos for Breakfast because what they have now is not Considered Food. Eggs and Soft shells do Not Mix Well after Eaten.

I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell in Americus Georgia yesterday. As usual I ordered my nachos Bell grande with lettuce added. The person that took my order was very friendly she also provided me with as many fire sauces I asked for. The person that prepared my nachos Bell grande did an excellent job. This is my next favorite place to get my Mexican fix.
