AT&T Store

Great place to get great service!! Karen was so helpful in resolving an issue for me. She went through the account and even let us know we were paying for services we weren't using and removed it for us. Raff was also super helpful keeping our kids busy by watching tv so we can get our issue resolved. We'll definitely be going back to American Canyon AT&T for anything in the future!!

Karen was phenomenal! So kind and nice! She helped me get my new phone insurance claim completed and then even called personally to get it rerouted to my work address so it doesn’t get stolen from Porch Pirates! 5 stars but would give more if I could!!

Met Raff as I was walking out, had an interaction with him and seemed like a genuine solid gentleman as well! The whole team is great!

Raff was very friendly, provided excellent service, and was very knowledgeable. On this particular visit, he activated an additional line to my account. At the same time, he was able to identity a few ways to save me money on my monthly bill. I will be back for additional services. Thanks!

I needed to get my new phone activated and was having a hard time connecting with someone at the general AT&T phone number so I decided to go into the store. From the time I walked in until the time it was activated and back out the door was less than 10 minutes! Joshua assisted me and was very helpful and efficient. After getting it connected, he tested the text messages and phone and all was good to go! I will definitely plan to go into the store in the future for assistance.

Honestly, never had better service at any phone store in over 20 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful, they even recognize me and call me by name when I stop by. It's the only AT&T store I'll go to.

I recently went to upgrade my wife’s phone and Karen was extremely helpful and noticed our plan was dated and got us a better plan so my bill will be cheaper now! Raff was also in working that day and made us feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable about plan details, helping find the best one for us. I will definitely be back to see Karen and Raff for all of my at&t needs!

I had an amazing experience at this store location with the help of Rafferty. He was very friendly with helping my family and I. He made everything smooth and organized in getting the phones we need. He was clear and patient with the questions we asked. Overall amazing service from him.
