Biggby Coffee Eastgate

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST BIGGBY in the area! I am an AVID Biggby drinker and I travel frequently. I have been to many different ones and unfortunately my experiences have been extremely poor. However, the Eastgate location gets my order correct, EVERYTIME. My food is hot and fresh, my beverages are always correct, and the drive-through always moves very quickly! The staff is always extremely friendly as well. I love this Biggby and highly recommend them!

Dispute the store's small size and location on one of the busiest streets in Eastgate, the service and coffee are both fantastic! It's quickly become a favorite Bigby location in the area for our family. You won't regret swinging by this drive thru!

This is a new drive-thru only location located in Eastgate in front of meijer. I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on on everything bagel. I also got a large coffee. At first I thought the price of that bagel was pretty high. When I got it, I got a good size breakfast sandwich. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The lady at the drive-thru was extremely agreeable. She was very nice and very efficient. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I just wish they had some hash browns. Haha.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so nice and always seem to absolutely love their job. The owner Michelle, I've never seen such a dedicated owner in the food business. She is there all day helping run her business every single day since this location has opened. Truly inspiring 🙌

I had a terrible day yesterday and it was carrying over into the next morning but when I went through the drive thru at Biggby and ordered my coffee the girl at the window said she liked my Korn jacket and told me to have a Korn-tastic day. Thank you for making my day better, you are awesome! <3

This Biggby is great. I believe the owner Is Michelle, who you can tell translates her positive energy to her employees. She is very engaged and always has a smile on her face. The coffee is always great and consistent as well. I love coming to this location

I've been meaning to stop by since they opened and after they promised to honor the discount on iced coffees if I got a decaf (which is technically an Americano) I made a point to try them today. I was further pleasantly surprised when the added flavors didn't increase the cost. They have stellar customer service, are more affordable than *others*, and the taste was amazing. If you haven't tried Biggby yet, take this as your sign to change that!
