The color manager here (I think her name is Candice??) is SO helpful, so kind and even remembered me and gave me advice when I called them the next day because I slightly messed up my hair. So greatful for her!

Great staff with great recommendations for what I was looking for, I was in and out in no minute. The store is really clean, well organized and priced to keep customers coming back. The best thing I loved about this store is they have a 60 day return policy and the product are great quality.

Earlier this evening I went into Sally beauty supply, Eastgate location. I made a purchase and when I got home and checked it out I realized it was not what I needed at all.

In a panic, I immediately went back to the store and the primary boss who was working was so kind in helping me figure out the necessary steps I needed to take to get the right product.

I was super stressed but she alleviated a lot of my anxiety!!

They are so helpful. I LOVE this Sally's and their staff, they are so helpful and honest. I am sensitive about my hair care and I do my own color. I always seek their staff's expert guidance and advice when I make any color decision. I can't wait for them to open back up I already have new ideas for my hair!!!

Went here today, on a random whim. Whomever the employee with black hair who greeted me upon entering directed me to the absolute best product!!! It was exactly what I was looking for (without knowing). Someone give that girl a raise. Too cool.

The woman with gorgeous purple hair working was extremely nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was fun and very polite and the store was clean and organized. Will be coming back.

I went in looking for a particular product and found out it's a salon only item. Fortunately the very helpful staff was able to suggest a compatible solution and save me $$. With the sale they had going on I grabbed some other products with the extra $. 😀

I love this location. The girls are always so helpful and no matter how bad I mess up my hair they never judge and get me all the way back together

I love this place! The staff is is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always make sure I leave with exactly what I need to get the results I want...even if its not what I came in for. Lol My hair and I are very thankful!

As a beauty care newbie I go in there clueless and everytime I talk to the workers and ask questions they are over the moon helpful. I love that they don't hound you or follow you around trying to make you buy things you dont want or cant afford. Thank you to all the helpful and authentically kind ladies there ❤

They were really helpful in showing me the products that I was looking for, so I didn't spend much time there. I was also surprised by the number of brands they have. I was able to find a lot of multicultural products.

I love Jennifer she’s such a sweetheart and very nice and fun to be around she’s very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I visit this location, as I prefer this location not only is the store clean and organized but all employees are helpful and nice

Great friendly service! Large selection of items! Suggest to get the Sallys Club for the best savings...low cost that pays for itself.
