I came in to exchange some controllers that I had a warranty on. I did not have a receipt but the staff did an amazing job helping me and went above and beyond to help me out. They were all so sweet and made the experience easy.

Only place open on Christmas eve.. saved me and my 14 yr old son was thrilled... got discounted t-shirts as well ... the two employees did not act miserable... they were helpful and cheerful. It was last minute shopping (litterally) Gamestop helped save my Xmas 🎄 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Made a quick stop to grab some headphones. Staff knew what they were talking about. And got what I needed quickly will shop again

Angelica today was helpful and informative and people like her need recognition. They offered me a extended product replacement on a item and offered money saving deals.

Love this place and will always support it until the day I die. I buy all my games here because I'm old school and want a hard copy at all times. Super cool people and knowledgeable . Def recommend to anyone and everyone

I called in to ask about a final fantasy 7 midnight release. I spoke to Danielle, which is rare that I would remember somebody's name, but I did here. She told me that she did not know that day but to call back later in the week and she would let me know. I did And she told me that they would be having either a midnight or 9:00 p.m. release. I went in to pre order and she Helped me to find other games that I may like as well. She made me feel like a valued customer and left me completely satisfied with my experience in the store. I felt like she educated rather then "sold" me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location.

These guys are always telling u about the new stuff coming out. They know me and my son on a 1st name basis. They always treat me like I'm part of the family. I will not go to another store but this one ..seriously not making this up most other locations in this area terrible like the attitude you get at cherry grove if u need to return something. The cashier wouldn't give me a receipt for my return.because he knew I was going to do the survey on line about his attitude. It was terrible. I WONT TAKE MY KIDS IN THERE EVER AGAIN.
Even if the eastgate is a little farther for you those guys seriously are worth the drive. It's just a different vibe in the store.

Brought a PS4 console, the store worker made sure I know it was correctly, took his time with me on knowing how to set it up. I was very satisfied of the service.

The guy that works in this location is awesome!! Great customer service. He went to each customer and asked if they were finding everything ok.

Every time I go into this Gamestop I've had nothing but a good experience with the customer service, quality and quantity of games and the employees knew how to answer my questions without being condensing or anything of the sorts. I'm a gamer but very picky on what I play. The employees also know about my pickyness and have recommended games that I might like. Sure not always do I like them but the fact that they try...makes it all more of a great experience for me. ^_^

Made it to the store with about 5 minutes left until close, and was still greeted, helped, and treated great! Woman behind the counter was very informative of my purchase, which was helpful. Entire visit was excellent

The bad reviews about customer service has to be a joke . The manager here has been nothing but informative and she is so nice ! Giving us advice and the best deals . I come here every week with my boyfriend and her customer service makes the expierence . For the complaining of price of course you can find stuff maybe for a better price but at what quality . You want more shop online but expect to pay triple . Love this place so much and they will continue to get my business !!

Still go in from time to time. Fun to chat with workers in there. They are helpful with games/ pc equipment

Good place to get games, worth it to get the PowerUp for 15bucks a year you 20% off a month so it pays for itself. Knowledgeable staff. Keeps the noglistic feel of getting a game alive.

I love the personal attention from the knowledgeable staff who truly care about your gaming enjoyment and can speak from their own experience having the very game system you are thinking about getting. No pressure, just good info that makes me sure I will be back.
